Omg I died seeing your reaction to Chang 😂

I agree that this episode made me HATE Pierce, so so so much! He occasionally makes me chuckle but he always my least favorite part of the show. Some of that may be because of Chevy Chase in real life is a jerk, apparently. Some of that might be his attacks at Neal hit a little close to home for me... Either way.

One of the best episodes of Community, probably the best “portrayal” of D&D play on TV even if it was EXTREMELY simplified for presentation, and the backlash and removal was completey unwarranted. If they were scared, put up a warning before the episode On to D&D - Liam o’Brien, voice actor and cast member on Critical Role, which is presents a super popular streamed live play D&D show, has long maintained that the game can be a useful form of therapy in the right hands. It can teach kids to be creative, tactical, and social; these days we’re more separated than ever since we do stuff online. Well, D&D can put of group at a table together for communal, inprovised story telling, whether you’re in it for combat, social encounters, or puzzles

The episode was pulled due to "drow face". Which is ridiculous. If you are ever in Florida we can play some high d&d.

Yess... Cuban B

Honestly, a lot of the people that are like "they cancelled it" or whatever, are just those kinds of people that bring up "cancelled" as a buzzword or whatever. Yes, the episode was unjustly targeted, but I think the "blackface" was more of an excuse/cover for other way worse things in that episode. Like Pierce bullying and body shaming a suicidal person. I feel that even when this episode came to Netflix, even though it wasn't that long ago, maybe that topic was still a little too hard to talk about. That's my theory anyway because the supposed "blackface"makes no sense whatsoever when Chang is vso very obviously cosplaying. Still pretty annoying when m'fers are like "bUt ThEy CaNcElLeD iT tHo" because people just say isht like that nowadays for like... No reason whatsoever 🤣 Edit to Add: Pierce also references sexual assault in the episode. Which is probably way worse than all of the above mentioned stuff.
