i dont know if you know this. but this fungus is actually real. however we only see it take over bugs currently. ZOMBIES ARE REAL, just not in human state... yet

The production quality is stunning. In the making of, you could see that the set designers even scattered individual sesame seeds to mimik mouse feces. The attention to detail is just amazing and contributes so much to the overall mood of the series.

You saw the 2 type zombies in the last of us there are more the first ones are Runners they are normal zombies they are first fase they didn't turn long ago second zombies you saw was the clicker then third fase they are blind because the fungus grew out their face they use Eco location like bats that's why they make a clicking noise, so they are sensitive to sound it can be you saw also second fase because first fase and second are not so different, they are slower and sneak more on you and fungus begins to grow out their body

clickers take more hits to kill and instantly kill u when u get too close in the games. also when they click and screech they use echolocation to find u so they’re super op.
