Best episode of all time history right here🫵🏽.

Masterclass. Phenomenal episode. So tender. ❤️‍🩹 Also, the pacing of and weaving of non-linear timelines is so well done in this show, especially in concert with the masterful world-building. Great reaction! I always gain a little bit of insight on the shows you react to which points out stuff I might miss. Thank you!

Once u know how it started, go revisit the first episode and you’ll see how lucky they were. Between not eating pancakes, or having birthday cake, and the neighbors having muffins

When I was your age, which wasn’t all that long ago, an episode like this would have been virtually impossible. But after twenty-five years or so, it’s remarkable primarily for its exceptional quality, not for having a male couple. Hell, you didn’t even think twice about it. That’s amazing progress I never would have predicted. But that aside, I think your take, “going out on their own terms”, is exactly the right way to think about it. We should all be so lucky, or so assertive. “I’m old. I’m satisfied. And you were my purpose.” Beautiful.

First watching this episode bro I was in TEARS. Such a great episode with fantastic writing. IMO a MUCH BETTER and more in-depth story than the game’s version. Perfect episode

Virtuous Sinner

also bill best character of anything in 2023

The infected only come when in or on the ground are the fungal threads. In the 2nd episode, the infected were lying outside on the ground and were then alerted via the mushroom threads. At least this is how I understood it :)

Just like Ozymandias in Breaking Bad this Episode is a 10/10 for me. Just pure perfection.

They just died and didn't turn. They were not infected. What a wonderful episode. Have you ever watched Contagion by Soderbergh? Very good movie about a virus outbreak, with excellent scientific research going into it. It came out 9 years before Covid.

This was one of the biggest moments that took a totally different direction from the game but it was a beautiful episode.
