Treasury Tuesday - Billowing Pipe (Patreon)

I had to rework this quite a bit - all the spells that I originally used for it got remastered! Making the most of this item requires a character to be wielding a one-handed weapon and the pipe alongside it. There are other instances that might allow you to bypass the smoke this creates, such as the ifrit's Firesight, which might make the use of it easier though holding the pipe might still be useful if you have the acrid or deadly billowing pipe. Huge thanks to Vildevitus on this, who absolutely nailed the design!

Have a terrific Tuesday!
