Treasury Tuesday - Cape of the Hero (Patreon)

I made this one a while back but revisited it with some fresh ideas while making something a little more unique. You might be able to tell that this is based off of a certain character, which are fun to occasionally base some concepts around. Given the adaptability of the cloak, I upped its prices a bit at each level. I also originally designed Faster Than a Speeding Bulette as a free action - but back then, it didn't allow movement and only affected an adjacent ally. Since I added in that Stride, I felt like I should switch it over to making it a reaction. The activation for its Diplomacy effect is also drawn from a quote that inspired the item overall!

Have a terrific Tuesday!
