Treasury Tuesday - Bottle o' Bees (Patreon)

I originally made this item for a campaign I ran quite a while back, used by a villain of the campaign but with the formula discoverable by the players. Blue said I should use a more alliterative name for it, and I think it's a fun alternate name to what I originally had. In regards to other thoughts I had, I wondered if its crit shouldn't deal persistent piercing damage as the bees continue to swarm and sting around the target. However, I think persistent poison damage feels like it fits the concept of bees and fits in better among other bombs.
