Treasury Tuesday - Phantom Limb (Patreon)

This idea kind of came to me randomly and I just really liked the concept. I was wondering if it should've been a graft, or maybe even a necrograft as seen in Starfinder, but I think having it be an assistive item works nicely for it. I don't really have a lot to say about this, I just hope the the ectoplasmic limb and its ability to shift states actually seems worth it to people.

Have a terrific Tuesday!
