Treasury Tuesday - Hellhound Flamethrower (Patreon)

While the Tech Core is on its way, Starfinder is still a little lacking when it comes to specific magic weapons. As is often the case with these, I wanted to take the opportunity with this Treasury Tuesday to correct that a little bit. I felt like its activated effect isn't too punishing, warranting a frequency of once per hour rather than once per day. I wonder if there shouldn't be a stronger version of this based off of a cerberus, but another part of me feels like that could be a different weapon entirely. A cerberus idea makes me think of a weapon that uses rounds, rotating between the three heads, which isn't quite a flamethrower, but I might have another idea for this in the future.

Also, I was a little influenced by my own predilections for Intimidation. The skill isn't really a part of a hell hound's kit, but when I tried to think about playing into its ability to recharge itself with fire, that didn't feel quite as fun to me.
