2026 - Updates and Changes to Patreon Incoming! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Just like last year, we've got some changes to discuss for going into 2026! This update isn't nearly as major as last years, but I still feel it necessary to address the changes that will be occurring!

UPDATE 1: Changes to Character Choices during Polls

This change has already subtly been taking place here and there. But I'm going to start making it official. If you weren't aware, all 6 characters in each poll applied to 6 categories: 1 - One of my OCs, 2 - Anime character, 3 - Eastern Video Game character, 4 - Western Video Game character, 5 - Western Cartoon character and 6 - Worldwide character (ie, Super Mario, Pokemon, etc.)

I have noticed with nearly all polls, there are hardly ever any votes for characters from Western media, especially in the Cartoon category. So going forward, there will only be one choice from "Western media" each month. And instead, one of the two Eastern media choices will be doubled. (For example, one poll may have 2 characters from different Japanese video games, or another poll may have 2 characters from different animes.)

This choice was not made lightly, but as it seems to be a generally unpopular choice, I feel this is the best decision to make the most people happy as possible!

UPDATE 2: New Slots to Tandem Top Plus

Some time early in 2026, I am planning on adding 1 or 2 new slots to Tandem Top Plus. These slots go insanely quick, so don't expect to get one. But, I will try to warn everyone as quickly as possible. Everyone will be warned at the exact same time to be completely fair to everyone.

I apologize, but I do not have a specific date set in mind just yet. Nor just how many slots I will be adding.

I also would like to mention that these plans are subject to change.

Either way, please look forward to that should it come to pass.

UPDATE 3: Tandem Top Sketch Due Dates

Some of you may have already experienced this change, but I have a set in stone date each month for when you have to have your Tandem Top Sketch request submitted. The 19th of every single month is the cut-off date. If you do not have your submission by then, I will decide on your sketch for you.

If you subscribe or are subscribed on a numbered date after the 19th of any given month, your request will be completed the following month. (For example: If you are subscribed on the 23rd of March, you have until April 19th to submit your request. Of which your sketch will posted near the end of April.)

In regards to the first paragraph here, if you do not submit your request before the 19th, I will decide on the sketch for you. Typically, this means I will draw something new of a character you already asked for on a different month. However, if you are a new subscriber and I'm unsure what you are interested in, I will draw something of a random choice of my OCs. (Miranda, Cassandra, Hotori, etc)

In regards to the second paragraph, if you subscribe after the 19th, but only plan on subscribing for one month, then I will personally DM you your sketch once it is completed. If this happens, expect me to DM you an imgur link to your sketch here on the Patreon Direct Message system.

Again, this update/rule does not apply for most of you. As 98% of you just send me your request on the day I ask for it. But, for the sake of clarity, it is written here.

Also, if you are subscribed close to the date of the 19th (for example, the 15th or 18th), and you feel as though you need more time to think, you may personally request for me to float over your request until the next month. Just as if you were subscribed on the 19th-31st of any month. (Note: This does not mean you will get 2 sketches, you are simply delaying your sketch to the following month.)

In short, you must submit your Tandem Top Sketch request by the 19th of each month. If you are subscribed after the 19th, it will be posted on the following month. As has been the case.

UPDATE 4: Asset Revamp

Just like last year, I am completely revising all the assets for announcements and posts. You may have already seen this take place with the January Poll! More assets such as this will be getting revamped in 2026. Please look forward to seeing that!

--

And that's it! Not nearly as much change as last year. But that's good! There is plenty to look forward to this year in terms of all the perks and rewards you get. As well as other projects we're always hard at work on!

--

As always, I want to extend my gratitude to all of you who have supported me for the first 2 years of my Patreon. We're already about to begin year 3! It is so cool that I get to do this for my job, and I hope you all are enjoying what I've been making! I'm working extra hard to ensure that all of you are getting your money's worth with this page. I hope I'm continuing to satisfy you all with my works.

I really want to send an extra special thanks to the Turbo Wing, Tandem Top and Tandem Top Plus members. Especially those of you who have been supporting since early 2024. If it wasn't for all of you subscribing each month, I would not be able to do this anymore. You are truly giving me a chance to make my dreams of doing art for work a reality.

So thank you all for another great year. And here's to 2026, and beyond!
