LOTR studies (Patreon)

spent the day making studies of lord of the rings! focused mainly on getting colours accurate with focus on textures. understanding where to use a hard edge and soft edge is a very important skill to learn and i feel like i'm improving a lot already. also this is like my first layout study in... forever? ever maybe? i'm always scared of backgrounds but this is a good first step to getting more comfortable!

which one's your favourite?
