🧊 THE ROADMAP: Where Snowbound Secrets Is Headed (2026c/27/28)

NTR is 100% optional — full Harem route available. Every path below is a choice, not a default.

We just wrapped the Demo. Foundations are solid, the house is built, the cast is in the door. That means the fun part starts now — and we wanted to pull back the curtain on where this is all going.

The game reacts to you. Harem, NTR, or Sharing isn't a toggle in a menu — it's the sum of what you actually do with each of these people. Ignore someone, and someone else won't. Show up for them, and they'll show up for you. Nothing here is scripted destiny; it's consequence.

🚪 Update 10 — "The Guests Update" (up next)

This is the one where you finally meet everyone. And that's kind of the point: right now Jimmy can't get five minutes to himself before the doorbell rings again. No time for a hobby, no time to breathe — just answering the door and checking in on who's doing what. That chaos is the opening chapter. Once the house calms down, that's when things start to actually move.

🔥 The Heat System

Yes, it's been quiet since Update 9 — on purpose. Sometimes you take two steps back to take a bigger step forward. The premise is planted, and it's coming back soon, in small deliberate pieces rather than one giant dump. Not a grind. A slow burn (pun intended).

💛 Harem Route — four women, four very different obstacles

Lisa (Landlady) — she's got two suitors circling, and she's not exactly discouraging either of them. Want them gone? There might be a way — fix the sink the plumber keeps "helping" with, and maybe find the right thing to offer the pastor.

Angie — Boldie shows up, they go dancing, he leaves. Or does he? Maybe he's hiding something. Maybe there's a price to get him to back off for good.

Bella — her goblin isn't even a bad guy, honestly. But is he really competition? Might just take the right stack of magazines to keep him occupied.

Suzie — still a mystery even to us. One of Jimmy's friends seems interested. Good thing everyone likes games — find the right one, and maybe you don't even need to be in the same room.

Clear the board on all four, and the Harem path opens for good. But the harem doesn't come free — you'll need to earn it. Points, presence, warmth. A lot of warmth.

🔁 Or — the easier way in. Why fight for a spot when you could just… join them and their partners? Warm the house up from the inside instead. Heat it up naked, if you catch our drift.

⚙️ Solo / Tech Branch

Gameplay, extras, systems work — the stuff that isn't a romance route but makes everything else better.

And then there's the other Solo/Tech box on the roadmap: Ghost???

We're not saying more than that. But if something's haunting this house during a blizzard with everyone snowed in together... who do you think is under the sheet?

🌨️ NTR Branch (optional, always)

Boldie, Goblin, Plumber, Priest, and a trio of Jimmy's own friends — each with their own arc if you don't clear the way for Harem in time.

✨ New faces (WiP)

Goth. Goth/Catholic. Nerd. Cheerleader. More Harem/new-character content on the way once the core four are further along.

🏚️ When the well runs dry, we go outside. Dig up some snow mold, survive the blizzard, explore a little, meet a couple of new faces along the way. Just… maybe don't wander the house alone at night. We've heard things.

This roadmap is huge, and it's going to move around — your feedback shapes what comes first, which character gets attention next, and sometimes we might chase two things at once because development is a beautifully messy process.
