Good evening!

A little late, but here’s the special October roleplay! I had a lot of fun working on it, especially the bedroom set, and I hope you enjoy the different scenes. Setting up 2 different sets for one video was a new experience for me. I’m really happy with the result, though I probably wouldn’t do it every time 😂The main challenge here was the lighting in the bedroom. Since I didn’t have a "main shot" or frame to work from, I had to quickly improvise a different lighting setup for each one. Some turned out great, others not so much! 🤷‍♀️And a new record was set with about 325 different rushes filmed for this video (the previous record was held by “You Are the Witness”)!

A BTS video showing how I made the bedroom set will be out next week (Monday or Tuesday).

Quick note: I got a little carried away with the intro and outro, they both have music and only a few triggers. As always, I’ll provide an alternative version on YouTube.

Have a wonderful night!

Thank you! It looks amazing ❤️

YouTube autocaptions say that a guest asked Mr Clark to look after her pants 🩲 instead of her bats 🫣 😅 I'm imagining a drawer of out of control pants (I know this is a YouTube issue, nothing to do with Diane). This was so incredibly cosy. I absolutely love the bedroom set and the storm ambience. There is currently a storm in Scotland so it matches perfectly. The idea of a bedroom that flies off at night is great fun. I thought the sheets being thrown over the camera worked particularly well. Thank you Diane, the return of the Midnight Feather Hotel did not disappoint! Well done for building two sets - it was well worth the effort and both turned out perfectly.

That was divine! Loved all the little details, the bats, the sweets, the flowers - oh and the soap ! Extraordinary. It was sooo relaxing to watch all the preparations. Can I make a reservation to stay that room? 😁 If only … ❤️

The midnight feather hotel is one of my favorites, I’m so excited to see a new video with this set 💕

Oh gosh I cannot tell you how much I loved this, especially the intro. I love seeing you have fun with your productions 😍 I felt everything in this, was just so relatable (and by that I meant dealing with work place dramas lol) xxx

It was so great to be back in the Midnight Feather! Thank you so much, this has obviously been a lot of work...intriguing and a bit spooky. ❤️🖤

The Midnight Feather Hotel is one of my favorite video, I was really impatient to see one of its bedroom and, as exepted, I've been nicely surprised. I would love to book this room. :D

The Midnight Feather Hotel was always one of my favourites. I'm so glad you brought it back for round two, and you don't disappoint Diane, you always excel. Such a delightful and quirky video in its own right and not just for ASMR. Mr Clark and his Shenanigans and your continued exasperations with him. On a personal note you've shown bedmaking as an art. It always brings out the worst in me. I simply cannot follow my wife's instructions. Many an argument has ensued over the years between us and can be recollected over how to put the quilt in the cover, the end sheets correctly over the ends and not putting the pillow cases on to her standards 🤣🤣. I love her to bits really but it's so calming to see a bed being made to such peacefulness. You can weave any magic Diane. Stay safe and look after yourself, and remember to breathe when you meet a Mister Clark. xxx

Thank you Jake! Go easy on yourself about bed making, I don’t deserve any credit; I’ve worked at a few hotels! ;)

This was absolutely fantastic 😍

Yay! I was hoping you were going to take the New Employee route!! I enjoyed being put in my place by the kitchen maid for my inept pastry skills, so I’m super excited for this. :-D P.s. The plumbing line absolutely sent me!

This was marvelous! Funny, interesting, educational and so cozy! I want that Tiffany witch hat lamp so bad!!!! The soap, towel rolling, bed making….tea pot, cup, spoon so many delicious details!! You are the master! This one goes on the list to fall asleep to. Your voice is so soothing and you looked amazingly beautiful as always! I love your videos so much!! Mr. Clarke was batty as ever lol 🙌 well done!
