Hello !

It's been a while since I made a soft spoken bts video, I hope you'll enjoy this one. It shows how I prepared some aspects of the next roleplay, from bow sewing to tape measure making.I'm thinking of making a 18th century woman dressing video for the channel in the future, quite similar to what I've done in this video but more detailed and relaxing, let me know if it's something that you may find interesting 🙂

Have a wonderful sunday.

Greetings, Diane! I already knew you have artistic gifts I can't even begin to imagine possessing, since I am NOT gifted along those lines -- but I learned two things I didn't know from this video. First: no wonder they had to have servants back then, because who the heck could put this thing on without at least one person's help?!!??!? And second, I learned that I was born in the wrong century. If they admired big hips and big bottoms back then, I'd have been the belle of every single ball I attended -- with no padding needed for me to "shine." Anyway....much applause to you for taking such meticulous, historically-accurate care with your videos. They are born of a love of handcrafted, beautiful things, and it shows. Stay well, and safe journey! :D

I commented on the YouTube post, but had immediate tingles! Your dedication to your craft is unmatched!

This really seems to be a full time job for you. If you have another job you must be exhausted all the time as you put so much effort into your creative videos. Your an old soul that this world needs much more of. You get a lot of compliment's and encouragement and I believe you deserve every one of them. My Family on my Mothers side is from Normandy and one of these day's soon I am going to come and see France. The small town shops and bakery's etc. Any advice on what I should see would be welcome. I hope you keep your channel going for many Years. I love the Apothecary series and I think she needs a name and a Beau who peruses her. With her detached personality it would be interesting to see if he can warm her Heart.

You really did your research for this. I love costume history, and the accuracy is really good. I didn’t know about the tape measures though. Something new for me to learn about. Thank you for sharing this. I now want to make some silk flowers. 😄

It would be a delight, perhaps with more subdued music or even without any.

Thank you Rhiannon ! I'm wearing the dress for a few seconds in the video and YES it took my husband and I more than 20 minutes to put everything ;)

Thanks ! Normandy is a beautiful area, I would suggest Honfleur, Etretat and the Mont Saint-Michel. Many things to see !

I would like to see a video of dressing in an 18th century style, as long as it is with a real person, which would feel more natural than with a mannequin.

Your attention to detail is astounding and it shows in the quality of your videos

All I can think about though is like a toilet emergency! This would be a nightmare to get off
