In this workout stream, you guys tell me what to do! If I deny a request then I must add 5 burpies to the end of the workout. The equipment I will use is a treadmill, yoga matt, step and dumbbells. Yes it's okay to ask for a yoga pose, fan service something something I'm a ewhore we know this x (The outfit will be the same as the Youtube workout stream sorry! No tricks up my sleeve this time!)
