The problem is, it’s much easier to convey the speaker has da peepee if they are actively using it, rather than them getting railed and it’s kinda flopping around over there somewhere. Not saying it’s impossible, it just involves writing more lines that constantly remind the listener the reader has a shlong and making it seem natural and not forced.
