The fact that Meg is already dressed and found the car must mean she’s enjoying the monster life a lot more than the other two.

Where April was? Meg has control while in her werewolf form so it was just a matter to be near her when the sun rose

I was kinda joking there. Honestly I'm more suprised that Meg has control afterwards. So...I'm guessing Meg already had her "morning after" kit set up and while she was running around at night she smelled April and figured she might need a hand with moving the car and getting home discreetly...but then instead of just waiting nearby and saying hi she left a cryptic message on the side of a tree and did a campy surprise hello on the side of the road...

I don't why but in the fourth panel where we see Meg standing on the car, she has an white border around her. It makes her look like a cardboard cut out which is quite hilarious.

LOL it does look like that xD I did it because I felt Meg was “mixed” with the BG so I wanted her to stand out
