I actually fell asleep last night wondering what they'd do this year, and honestly this is kinda perfect. I'm doing some spring cleaning (by some I mean an unreasonable amount), and having the sound of the podcast for 2 hours while not being distracted by the content is somehow hacking my ADHD into being able to concentrate. Genuinely a great episode to me for that reason. I'm just wondering how it was done.... did they just blind read a translation of a transcript of an episode, and try to keep the feeling the same? I think most ppl would find that way easier to achieve with AI voices, since there's already so much material to train on, but I can't tell. To really do it properly seems like such a high effort shitpost, like a crazy amount of effort...
