I was hoping for an episode on bankers getting suied, the deaths speak for themselves but it can be hard to understand all the excel spreadsheet shit that leads up to them.

Yay new episode! Following all the money laundering and the Cum Ex 💦 scandal from Europa has been interesting. Glad to hear you talk about it. FYI: Danske Bank is pronounced kinda like “denske” bank. Kinda like the A sound in “anything”

Deleuzsion

What’s the name of the book Brace was reading?

kris knudson

I would listen to two women with vocal fry talk about paint drying.

Rangifer Tarandus

Thank you Brace for growling "liquid" in a Snake voice throughout the episode. Though it was just me who had that compulsion; feeling valid.

Eamon

Thanks for making confusing boring subject matter accessible and entertaining!

kctoo

It breaks my heart that Liz is into global finance but doesn't take the time to understand bitcoin and blockchain

Carla Amalie Fledelius

Call me a traditionalist but women shouldn’t be allowed to know about anything other than fiat currency

Miroslav

I too want to know. Something about the origins of the Paneuropean Union movement and the Hapsburgs.

Gunna have to listen to this one twice. What the fuck

Benjamin Cheney

This episode is arguably a palate cleanser after the last one. Still infuriating though, and extremely illuminating and essential. Love you all ❤️

A relative of mine works for Deustche and recently went out for drinks and got roofied, along with his boss. Something fishy’s going on 🎣

not gonna lie, I feel really proud of my luxury capitalism country that it somehow is very involved in the Epstein shit. Look into the rich danish founder of a travel company called Spies. There is a lot of untold stories there I guarantee you!

piow

Learned a lot spanks

Listening back to this 6 months after. Everyone trying to figure out the looming crisis. Clearly the elite had some type of warning about COVID 19 and the inevitability of its effect on the economy and society. Maybe that’s too simple of an explanation

QUARANTINE DREAM

Came back to this because of the shooting. good ep

Yeah you botched ivars name brace

Second this rec. Richard Werner has right-libertarian tendencies (has lately been tweeting Great Replacement COVID conspiracies among other things lol), but he seems to have been the first to notice that QE negligibly affects exchange rates and can be used to buy up foreign assets, which is extremely important to understanding why Keynesian economics went out of fashion and inequality rose. The left should study his work because of its far-reaching implications.

Needs an update lol
