We did a thing!

So, as we may have told you before, we are in the process of updating Magisit 1. we just reach a milestone in that process and that is the Steam Page~

If you can follow/wishlist, that would help it boost in the algorythm. If else, just enjoy the pretty pictures. We have now updated the Paperdoll arts and system (easier to update based on the other PD systems I have made). We hope to bring the PD system to the Patreon previews sometime soon.

The price is set to $5 (hopefully usd...). Its the same price as a Patreon sub, as to not anger Steam. But I would welcome discussion on the price. Would you be willing to pay more?

ChaosRagnak .

Honnestly, for me, if the steam release is a more polished version with new and better art, the price could be bumped up to 10$ or 15$USD (i buy in CAD so it would be around 15-22$ in my currency) and i would still buy it just to have it on steam. Any higher and i don't know if people who don't have any interest in TG games would buy it since, if memory serves me right, i dont think the game was very long.

Will the game also be released on other platforms, like Itch.io? I don't buy adult games on Steam for various reasons.

It's been discussed, but we're not trying to make commitments for all that yet. These also being our first few steam games/remasters has involved a few learning curves so we're not committed. But that is certainly an option on the table.

DirtyWolf11

Understood. I'd like to support you guys financially, I just don't buy these kinds of games on Steam. Even just having a release on Patreon is fine, I'll upgrade my tier to whatever the cost is to get it. I hope you'll provide at least one alternative.

Skotos

The same goes for me, but for different reasons—as I had already feared, the game is unfortunately not available in my region.

icarue

Correct. All the endings might be within Steam's refund window... weee...

Raxedot

I hope you do a Itch.Io release. I cant buy the game on steam in my Country, thanks to age verification requirement for adult games. The only way for me to buy Adult games on steam is if they get the Adult stuff taken out for the steam version and the developer releases a adult patch on a website to install

Howaito

I really loved the game but, unfortunately I am not able to buy it since " This item is currently unavailable in your region" so I would appreciate if you could release it in different platform or steam key, anyway great work

icarue

Might consider it releasing in itch io. Maybe... cant promise much since itch.io has its issues with mature games that receive money... or was last year. But still

Phee

It's been a while since I played Magi-sit but If getting all the endings is possible or almost possible to get within the 2h steam refund window, charging 10$ let alone 15$ would seem like way too much by the price standards I usually judge games by. (Even 5$ might be a bit much for ~2h of content, but I give more slack to games from devs I like, or with premises I like, so I'll definitely buy it at 5$ and would probably still buy it at even like 15$ but that would be paying more then I think a game is worth because I want to support it/its genre.)

Yes, this is why I hate Steam. Get this message too for a lot of games...
