you can see The Omega - Laven here

THE ALPHA

Alpha is the second largest population in the human population. Their population is about 20% of the total. Their physical characteristics are bigger body than beta or omega, stronger, smarter, dominant, and superior. They are commonly found in government and military.

The Rut

Rut in Alpha is similar to Heat in Omega, but they are more about domination. When an Alpha is in a Rut, they will experience a sensation of heat throughout the body and extreme mood swings. When they are in this condition, the body of an Alpha will spread a scary and dangerous pheromone. During Rut's time, an alpha could drink or inject a rut suppressant so as not to frighten those around him because of the pheromone effect.

When does Rut happen to an Alpha?

It depends on the author, but Rut mostly happens three to five times a year. When an Omega in heat, they can trigger Rut on Alpha. So when an Alpha lives along with his omega in a house, that Alpha will also get Rut regularly every month following Omega's period.
