I can't wait to watch your reaction to this episode flexie 🔥

Gary Bloodworth

Well I know what im doing soon as I get off work

Isac christensen

Inverted spear of Heaven is what Toji had and used on Gojo in their first fight.

The KnightGundam

“Everyone looks fantastic” I’m sure maki would like some of that positivity lol Only joking though she’s definitely an amazing character definitely can’t wait for what’s to come

Isac christensen

the reason the voice changed is because Yuji got reminded of when they went to investigate deaths at Megumis old school back in season 1 and their guide told them about the other side which was the bridge that some students used as a test of courage. Yuji Megumi and Nobara later crossed to the other side when they went under the bridge and into a domain.

Pain

This season is about to hit so hard i cant wait for the next couple episodes!! IYKYK

JHOES THEROK

What a very well done ep, thank you for the reaction !

Jeff

So basically this is all tojis fault??

Ben

Hahaha flexie if you think this is bad we have characters coming up soon that had 1-2 full pages in the manga to explain their techniques. By the end of jjk you will have a degree in jujutsu bullshit :D

🍃

🫥*Information stun locked* 🔥 next ep if the juju stroll is to be believed

sSnorlax

Believe it. Manga was sooooo confusing. Its better explained in the anime.

S

Ooh yeah, glad to see another Choso fan! Definitely some great moments incoming.

Dylan Connolly

For context, the inverted spear of heaven is the weapon Toji used to break through Gojo's infinity and the black rope is the weapon that Miguel uses in his fight against Gojo in the movie :)

bauccoboy

WRITE THAT DOWN!!! WRITE THAT DOWN!!

Chad Bailey

Loved this reaction! So yup you’ve seen BOTH special cursed tools mentioned! The Black Rope was what Miguel was using in JJK 0 when Gojo beat his ass famously! And the Heavenly Spear was what Toji stabbed Gojo with in S2 ep 3! Toji even calls it out for how powerful a tool it is and why! 🤩

Dog

This episode felt like in Death Note when Light would be explaining how one of his schemes came together and all the moving parts in it lol

yelloboirick

Haha fun to see you enrolled in Jujutsu University this entire episode, I think we're all locked in and ready to go this season after this beautifully done interactive lore drop!

yelloboirick

The Culling Game Rules are a necessary evil for the PEAK we're getting this season!

Raunak Xrestha

the Inverted Spear of Heaven is a tool Toji used on Gojo to break his Infinity while the Black Rope is a tool Miguel used on Gojo in JJK 0 inorder to negate his Infinity.

Ward

I paused once or twice while watching this on my own, then said screw it cause I figured you were gonna pause a lot. Did not disappoint.

DonnyBoxcars

I don't think they're going to do another expo dump like this for the rest of the series. The way they did was pretty cool though.

TJ

NeonBaka

Dobt woryy you can see maki,s face all over in the next episode 🫠

hoobity

My 2 brain cells and adhd holding hands this whole episode 🥴🤭🤡

Alex Hencher

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong...but as I understand it, the colonies, and the Culling games as a whole are a kind of capacitor for cursed energy.

2026-09-05 07:00 IMO this episode was kinda draining and boring but still better than 80% of Naruto filler😭🙏

Sir Nil

I'm getting Lord of Mysteries flashbacks

Geo

Consider this an info dump episode to get it all out of the way now so we can get to the action immediately

Thomas Yang

This episode was all over the place, I had to rewind a few times because there was so much info on the screen and all that was going on while they were talking too. Remember that Inverted Spear of Heaven was the same cursed tool Toji used to defeat Gojo's technique, so no wonder Gojo wanted to destroy it.

Alex Hencher

There will probably be one more at the end, but the way they did it in the Manga was so cool, and so flawlessly integrated, that I can't wait to see how its handled. In like another four years lol.

MSJ

Biggest yap session of all time! I went through this in the manga but man I do not envy the anime onlies for this episode lol. BTW the inverted spear Tengen talked about was the special grade cursed tool Toji used to bypass Gojo's infinity in season 2. I'm beyond hype for the absolute banger coming next time!

James J

The numbers don’t have anything to do with his cursed technique. It’s more about does he think he’s actually funny which is what he struggles with. You will learn more later

James J

Yes as it’s established in this episode, Kenjaku didn’t have enough cursed energy to use Idle transfiguration to just transform everyone at once. Culling games is the primer.

Tenghein C

The reason why Gojo broke the inverted spear of heaven and also possibly the black rope is because they are one of those weapons that can actually interfere with Gojo's Infinity so he destroyed as a pre-measure but now it came back to bite him in the rear (pun intended xd) so they cant use the weapons to break the back door. & yes! Angel is one of sorcerers that was incarnated through Kenjaku's idle transfiguration. The culling games is merely a ritual to ensure the assimilation works as intended to achieve Kenjaku's goal of obtaining Tengen (through cursed manipulation) and force Tengen to agree to the assimilation. The whole info about crossing the border is the ritual meant to signify how mankind will 'evolve' after the ritual is complete, i.e. crossing the border between life and death to become something else.

Alderanex

At least it wasn‘t a PowerPoint presentation there.. Four or five screenshots of that timeline should suffice. I watched in one go, as I always do, no pausing. The rules were in the last episode too so they were repeated here, and, well, the advantage of not being the reactor is, you watch several reactions and each one fills in some blanks, along with your own thoughts. But yeah, that was theory hour, literally, now to the action. And I do love the ending too, think that could be a ballet? Anyway, thanks and mata na.

FlexiejayAnime

Damn wtf lol L take Naruto fillers are entertaining and a lot of the times add to character development or expand on parts of the story. This episode wasn't boring either. It WAS draining though lol a lot of information - but all very important and needed.

Izuku_Midoriya

In my opinion they pioneered a new way in which these explainer episodes should be animated. I have also seen details you missed kind of videos on some things i didn't get in the shibuya arc, they have really innovated a lot with the way they animate this show.

Armando

@Richard nah im with you also. The naurto fillers are lame, but Jess you make a fair point that they could be entertaining. Im just not the target audience for that.

Armando

Debatable, I've seen some but not all. when it comes to Naruto i stick to canon. To each their own.

Alexander Boston

Takaba is my fav character of this arc for sure.

Cain Corvinus

I watch most of my anime in English. Don't need to worry about reading while trying to watch at the same time. Mostly. Also i do have to say some anime are MUCH better with English dub. Like Konosuba, the English version is A LOT funnier if English is your native language. The VA's kill it with the comedic voice que's depending on the situations going on. I watched Naruto/Shippuden twice, ones in English sub and once in dub. I like both for different reasons. The English sub, the va's sound more natural to the ongoings of the show. But the English dub makes everyone sound more "serious" which helps with vibe checks during combat. Sometimes non English VA's don't fit the tone of what's going on and it kills the vibe for me.

Jaded_J

I loved the shots of angel, felt very artistic
