ONE PIECE HYPE

cass

LETSSS GOOOO AAAAAAAH!!!! i just LOVE these episodes, the music, the voice actings, everyone helping each other, USOPP AND LUFFY screaming ROOOOOOOBIN aaaaaah so good

John Paul

Luffy with the Jet Gatling to beat Lucci never fails to get me hyped as fuck. My boy Luffy never quits and has the heart of a Champion.

Dryderson

Oh I been waiting for this one, 309 is straight fire all the way through

RareShiny

So excited to see you reacting to this! The end fight of Luffy vs Lucci is a top One Piece moment for me. That jet gatling alongside the voice acting is insane. Gah, the entire end of 309 is just, yeah, a *chefs kiss* moment. I always tear up 🥹 Insane voice acting, music, animation. It is just so much peak 🔥 The fact that luffy's voice actor Mayumi Tanaka still has functional vocal cords is a miracle 😂

FlexiejayAnime

Guys I already have my episode order. If you want the full list for the rest of the month with episode batches it's pinned in the One Piece discord channel. I'm just gonna delete the comments cause it's turning into spam.

dWr

309 is such an amazing episode ❤️🥺

Mando23

For all of you commenting to have her watch 310-312 she’s aware of it and also explains it at the end 😐

Jessie

WE ARE HERE

AA

No Tom and Kokoro were not married. It is SBS stuff, so I wont say the full things in case you will read SBS maybe?(or if it doesnt matter, somebody tells SBS stuff to her)

FlexiejayAnime

I'll be reacting to the Water 7 SBS stuff later this month! Thanks!

Ancientswords

Gomu gomu no jet gatling all over these comments!

Ancientswords

Looking forward to this one, watching in like an hour when I get home from work :D

Marco

Wait, has Sogeking been Usopp this whole time???

Emily

as an Ussop stan, that moment in episode 309 is my absolute favorite 😭❤️ i love usopp and luffy’s relationship so much 😭😭😭

Sparrow

That’s our goat right there!!!

Ben

This fight is actually what got me into one piece, I saw a AMV back in the day of the Luffy vs Lucci fight and I had to know what the hell this show was. I have never wanted you to just binge and keep posting episodes more, the wait for next week is gonna be worth it though

Isaac Noël

great reaction! Luffy's animal instincts are inscrutable. He just always knows what to do!

Tabo51

About 2/3 of the Straw Hat's fight on the Bridge of Hesitation are anime original content, but the crucial stuff are all there. Canonically Sanji and Chopper are completely out of the picture in the manga for the Ep. 309 equivalent so I think they added the scenes so the voice actors could be credited (and paid). Luffy said that the Six King Gun was 10x stronger than the Impact Dials which means they have the same force as the Reject Dials that Wyper used (those were also explained as 10x stronger than Impact Dials).

Ivan Busygin

I'm crying so hard each time!

dthorizon

oh man this one got me, haven't seen that final gatling from Luffy in years

kuro shiro

The music really enhance the viewing experience

D.Pirate.K

Luffy's BEST attack so far at this point. Literally one of THEE most iconic gomu gomu gatlings in One Piece🔥🤯🔥🤯🔥. The "all-out jet gatling" from his 2nd gear form, just like the title of this episode. A gatling gun so fast you can't even see it. Like, imagine tens of human fists flying at you at a speed so fast it's not even visible to the human eye😭 Rob's Iron body was his only saving grace to not have fist sized holes blown through him, but it was enough to hurt him so bad the pain literally knocked him out cold. Rob couldn't do anything else to stop that attack and his THE Rob Lucci😭 Still to this day one of my most favorite luffy moves!

D.Pirate.K

The music when luffy did that "all-out jet gatling" made the impact of the move and the moment that much more emotional and impactful. REALLY loved this moment and have BEEN waiting to see your reaction to it. Thanks for the meal Flexie😇

shawn

dude stop hinting, you're just unintentionally spoiling the story for her

Cody Fakata

Granny and Tom weren't married or in a relationship, just friends. People always assume they were since they're both fish people.

Keylara

This saga is just such a cornerstone of the entire manga/anime and a real gem. The character development of each and every one of them, the extended scope of the broadened horizon, it is such an exceptional ride and a real joy to watch (and come back to)!

Go Raon

Best fight of the show for me

charlie

Luffy saying “Of course!” is my favorite Voice acted line in anime period it gets me so hyped up

Jonathan Solis

Lucci is a good villain. I like how the anime try to show that Zoans can be strong, not just logias. So many crazy fruits to come in the future.

The Abyssal Drink

Allow me to be the one to gush over Usopp's speech. He didn't just tell Luffy to get up and fight for everyone's sake. He first goaded Lucci to turn his attention onto himself. He understood that Luffy needed to physically see the consequence of him falling. I'm about to be killed because you aren't handling your shit, Luffy. And for Usopp to take off the mask after all that he's done. Usopp really does hold it down when push comes to shove. Sure he couldn't throw away his pride fully, but he's a part of the crew for a reason. He is Luffy's best friend. Could the other's have gotten the job done? Sure, but Usopp has a way with words. Now, as far as Luffy always knowing who to fight? The way I see it, Luffy isn't a bandaid solution guy. He gets to the root of the issue. If I beat you up all this ends. Luffy knew nothing about Nami's home, but he knew Arlong was the problem. Luffy knew next to nothing about Alabasta and Baroque Works, but he knew Crocodile was the problem. Luffy had no context of why the bell was important in Skypiea beyond Cricket wanting to find it, but he fisted Eneru into it (beating Eneru was just the thing to do after seeing everyone get roasted). Luffy doesn't look for the work around or the symptoms. He keeps it simple. Lucci is the main obstacle for freeing Robin. Punch him. Punch him a lot. Yeah, at this point, Sanji going off on his own adventure is normal. Oh, Sanji disappeared? Guess a problem is going to be solved that we didn't think of. Mr. Prince is always on his A game. For anyone that I talk to about starting One Piece I always say, "If you like it at the start you now have 1000+ episodes to enjoy, but if you don't then that's 1000+ episodes you get to ignore". The only bad time to start One Piece is when you're not in the right mindset. Plenty of us have put off watching it only to end up binging the hell out of it. At least we are here now.

Sukramus

Ussop was Sogeking all this time? My mind is blown. The Deception was perfect.

p1zzabit

Ooohhh.... i can't wait for the next few episodes

Malik Vaughan

This has to be one of my top Usopp moments of the series. I love how it calls back to the Long Ring Long Land arc—specifically how Usopp was the one to convince Luffy about the 'secret power' of the Afro. It really highlights their unique bond. Out of the whole Straw Hat crew, I've always thought Luffy and Usopp are the closest thing to actual best friends. They are essentially the same age and are the two who spent their whole childhoods dreaming of the pirate life. You can really feel that connection here. Every time I get to the part where Luffy says so you came it almost gets me my goat so stupid.

KevinsLunchbox

Isn't it insane how Zoros sword is destroyed in an instant. Its like a crew member was killed so abruptly without any fanfare.

Vitor Takaki

Luffy screaming and smiling at the end is a BIG comfort for Robin after all they've been through

Saban

I know its still early but can we please not have the you know what comments about/for the next saga

Irvin Mugo

TOP 10 LUFFY SCREAMS! Ussop goes, "Defeat him! Let's all go back together, Luffy!" And Luffy goes, "OHHHHHHHHHHHHH WATARI MASHIDA!" (I'm probably butchering the Japanese, but still!) SO SICK!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!

Masao

Amazing episodes and amazing reaction, thank you Flexie! The next couple of episodes is what to me cements this as one of the greatest arcs in the series, can't wait to see your reaction and thoughts on it =)

IchigoDuzumaki

It also a good thing to see one piece only now because there a lot more to see when I started one piece there's not even 500 episodes and now next year the show will hit the 1200 episode I'm so excited to slowly watch it again along with you my fav reactor and seeing all your takes on things

Chair_No_Bill

how did usopp get to enies lobby? i thought he left the sea train.

Javier Nunez

I was actually wondering where Sogeking was and why he lent his mask to Usopp.

IRHTY12

Luffy's final push and his Jet Gatling always get me, pure willpower

CuttyFlam

Luffys Va is so fcking good.

Alex P

Peak after peak after peak! omg this show!

Sergio

RIP Most underrated and underused devil fruit the rust-rust fruit

Alen Alexander

Dear Flexie, this is hella cathartic for me to watch this with you. I'm here like feeling the same emotions, nodding along as you articulate each and every emotions from each of those precious precious moments. and God knows I need hella lot of catharsis . TYYYYY!

William Huffman

For a long time, this was my favorite fight and arc.

Ssholygoku192

Flexie you are amazing girl!!! Such an emotional high with these episodes and you were right there with me! Can't wait to keep watching these with you, best part of the week! Keep it flexie!!

Argentos

In my opinion, you won't see another fight in this anime with as much heart as this one had.

Monsieur Sanji

"Did I just see someone falling??!" Had me rolling on the floor, the panic for a moment was truly intense :p

Aleph-1

Even with my bad memory, i remember 16yo me jumping like a monkey during these episodes. Like always amazing reaction <3

Sapphire

Its turning into the chief of CP9!?

AA

thx for saying this. guys just talk about how you felt and what you've thought while your first watching this video. I mean... she is not dumb and her mod(s) might know what people want, and they'll do their best. so just talk about how you think of the uploaded video

_kags

couldnt agree more, you just KNOW they will though, they cant help themselves lmao, people spammed "n___ h____" over on haylo and kiss's patreon so many times they had to stop reading comments altogether

Duris

These last episodes and couple of next ones are as close to the perfection of finale as it can go for me... just brilliance... simply Oda... this is a point where you just have to love One Piece!

Spritzgulasch

I waited for this moment, finally :D:D Luffy Vs Luccis fight will always hold a special place in my memories.

Sharlex143

cant wait to see your reaction for ep 310 onwards

IcepickEvans

To this day, Luffy's Jet Gatling finisher against Lucci is probably my favorite. So raw and emotional and devastating.

IcepickEvans

Plus his father, Yasopp, is also literally on Shank's crew. It's like it's fate.

Serious Sneeze

Isn’t it wild that you’re still not a third of the way through the show? So much has happened but also nothing has happened yet

Valto

For 309 to be uploaded on my birthday was a great gift! ♥️ Usopp's line about seeing the sky and the sea is so prfound, its so good I love it I think Luffy's war scream when he gets back up is sooooo epic And the ñast jet gatling gun eveb more, I feel it so much more than the clasic shonen last attack thats usually a beam or some energy bomb, because in thia case you can see Luffy physically punching over and over without stopping, keeping that intensity until his whole strenght drains Its so tangible

Sky DR

Next week can’t come quick enough.. Can’t wait!

Ruben Gonzalez

I love re-watching this with you Flex, it’s amazing having to react to your reaction while crying my eyes out !!!

ichigo

Given that we're 300+ episodes in it may seem stupid to say but this saga (Water 7 and Enies Lobby) felt like this is where One Piece finally starts. With the powerups of the characters, seeing the World Government more clearly, declaring war against them, big character moments and easily the most impactful fights yet...everything up until this sage felt like a prologue.

ichigo

I forgot all about that and couldn't think of what you're talking about for too long lol. If she doesn't already she needs to have mods to go through comments before telling her she can read. it's very risky to read them herself.

TJR555

Granny Kokoro was not married to Tom in the Manga its stated she fell in love with a human and had a child 1/2 merfolk that was the father of Chimney who is 1/4 Merfolk thats why she has legs even though shes so young.

100Rainy

Luffy's come a long way since bursting outta that barrel in episode 1 😁

S

You know for all the props Lucci gives Luffy and the Crew for coming this far, it’s still funny that he refuses to be even a little anxious. At this point he’s been a broken record since he first faced off with Luffy and left him for dead at W7. He just keeps coming back lol

2026-09-05 07:00 You know what I love about Oda? The fact that during a battle that’s mainly narratively there for the crew to have something to do while Luffy’s fight is finishing up he still manages to add world building. Usopp points out that the enemies that are warming them are the same rank as Smoker. And mainly the crew handles them easily so you forget for a moment what that means and then Zoro’s sword is destroyed in a single instant. Yes our crew is still handling themselves fine right now but it just shows how much more dangerous simple fodder battles have become and a moments hesitation can lead to disaster. Damn I love One Piece

Jamal Howourth.

Someone who used to be a friend to me asked me to rewatch. I dropped it around baratie. Nowadays, I am caught up. Even though me and him don't speak anymore, I am still grateful to him for getting me to give it another chance.

Jamal Howourth.

"Y'know you could have flown" "Damn you hindsight! Blegh" 😂😂

SomeoneElse

I always thought pirates were lame and watched One Piece way after everything else. It's easily my favourite now. I don't even consider One Piece as an anime anymore. It's competing the greatest media of our time in my mind - not just anime. I don't even watch anime anymore lol. One Piece is the only anime I care about. Although if Berserk or Hunter x Hunter get a new adaptation I'd be keen on those

Joshua Rogers

How did Usopp get there? The last we saw him, he was talking to the crying giant. Hopefully Sogeking is doing okay in the fight against the Marines.

Leandro Santos Matos

Lucci having only 3 toes on his foot when in th cat form is concerning.

Yurrrr

Its insane how every arc makes me tear up at some point lmaoo.

Ilsuk Yang

Luffy's fighting spirit has always reminded me of Rocky Balboa. Rocky isn't the hardest puncher, but he'll take your hardest punches and keep moving forward. Luffy does the same thing in order to protect his friends. Much love to Usopp for providing Luffy with the extra motivation to keep going 🥹🥹🥹

Makayla Robinson

I love how you get and appreciate usopp everyone doesn’t get him usopp has never not showed up even with him being scared 😭😭😭

B.G.

That Jet Gattling finale is the huge cherry on top of the, imo, greatest fight in One Piece, so far. Gum Gum Storm vs. Crocodile was huge too, beating him straight through thick bed rock, accompanied by a famous classical epic, but that Jet Gattling took so much more will power from him. He truly exceeded his limits to beat an opponent he wasn't supposed to be beating yet.

Nick McPherson

Honestly. Usopp might be the MVP of Enies Lobby

geekfart

Usopp, despite calling himself a failure to the future king of the pirates’ crew, turned out to be the mvp of the whole arc!

LocoTacoKing

What a beautiful day for rain

Christopher Velasquez

One of my favorite all time arcs is coming up and I can't wait!!

Christopher Velasquez

I know it's for the drama and suspense and all that and Luffy is our hero, but it always kills me when the bad guy literally has the fight won and has the chance to take out Luffy right there lol, one more attack of either 6 king gun or tempest Victory and it's over but they don't , always kills me lol

MaumaDark

What an amazingly crafted saga and particular arc

Gavin Thomas

6:20 GOD , COMBAT IN ANIME USED TO HIT DIFFERENTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. THE WAY LUFFY IS JUKING AND CGETS HIM WITH THE SIDE PUNCH CATCH, BRUHHH

Gavin Thomas

Sanji is the opposite of zoro. if sanji is alone, and wanders off, he isn't just lost he is GOING EXACTLY WHERE HE NEEDS TO AND IS ABOUT TO DO SOME TOP TIER LOGISTICAL ESPOINAUGE BULLSHTI

Gavin Thomas

53:30 AND THATS WHY HES THE GOATTTTTTTTT THE GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. BY FAR mmy favorite part of one piece. Never forget this arc it hits different.

Thebigbadmajinbootydaddy

Lucci vs Luffy throwing machine gun punches at each other was the inspiration for my hero when he made All might vs nobu at the end of season 1.

Racenrise

One of if not the best pair of episodes in One Piece imo. i Love these two episodes. Something to note is that Luffy goes out of his way to try and dodge Luccis Technique, he almost never tries to dodge anything. I love the sequence where it shows everything going through Luffy's head as he's struggling to stay upright after the last strike. The voice actors for this show are truly amazing.
