Since v0.1 was released, I’ve been reading the feedback and paying attention to the little things that made using my phone more confusing than it needed to be.So before moving forward, I decided to clean a few things up. ♡

A better way to play

The game now has new display options, so you can switch between Windowed, Borderless, and Fullscreen modes.I also fixed the way the game window behaves on different PC setups, which should help prevent parts of the phone from being hidden off-screen.

New message counters

Messages and PhotoGram now show a counter when new messages are waiting for you.It should be much harder to miss something important now. 😅

Unread messages + Home Indicator

Inside Messages, unread conversations are now easier to spot.I also made the Home Indicator more noticeable while you’re inside an app. It can gently draw your attention when needed, while remaining static on the Home Screen.

Photos don’t disappear anymore

Photos you receive through Direct or see in Stories are now added to the Photos app after you view them.So if something catches your attention… you can actually go back and look at it again. ♡

Calendar notifications

The Calendar widget now has both a visual and sound notification when something new happens there. This should make story progression a little easier to follow without filling the screen with tutorials or arrows.

And a few smaller fixes

There were also a number of smaller adjustments and fixes throughout the game that aren’t especially exciting to show in a GIF, but should make everything feel a little smoother.

None of these changes completely reinvent the game — and that wasn’t the point. They’re things that came directly from the first wave of feedback, and I wanted to take care of them before moving forward. So thank you for speaking up when something felt confusing or inconvenient. ♡My phone should behave itself a little better now.
