Well i´m sick again, I get a little infection in my throat and i feel it burns in flames,  It will take me a few days to heal.

Get well, try a green tea or apple cider vingear old family trick. Sucks drinking the stuff straight but it clears out the bacteria and opens the throat and sinus perfectly.
