Here it is. The first Kid Koala mix tape. Remastered from the original 4 track cassette. Recorded using 2 turntables, a mixer and a Fostex 160 four track recorder in the 1990s.

These were turntable experiments made from a stack of vinyl records (some of which I'd had since I was a 3 years old). It was the summer of 1995. Enjoy!

mp3 download attached below.

**Some of you have asked for a non mp3 option. There seems to be a 200 MB limit for attachments that Patreon posts will allow, so if you want a higher resolution 16 bit wav version, you can download it HERE

It was cool to finally listen to this! I recognize some bits that were re-used / re-purposed for Bullfrog!

I found this years ago as a really awful mp3 download and it only played on the left side. It's amazing to hear this again in such quality. Thank you. Been loving your stuff since I was 16 (36 now, I feel so old)

Thank you for listening all this time! 36 isn't old in my opinion. Unless you ask my 8 year old kid, who thinks anyone over 20 is ancient. LOL. But I can empathize! It still kind of feels like yesterday I was recording this tape but it was literally decades ago!
