*** patreon and crowdcast have done a new re-integration that requires you to update to work properly.  This is the info they've sent me:

1. Log in to your Crowdcast account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
3. Open your Account Settings
4. Disconnect and reconnect your Patreon integration (or simply reconnect it if it's not already).

Alternatively, patrons can also login or register for a Patreon event using the Single Sign-On (SSO) option that we've provided."
