The official download post for: STEAMY OR SEEDY - HOTEL ROOM

I recently took part in a build contest on Simstopia's Discord server where I won best in show!

The theme was Steamy or Seedy, and the challenge was to build a hotel room with attached bathroom and make it grimy... I think the end result certainly would make your sim question their life choices and you just know by looking at it the carpet squelches under foot.

I found the contest quite fun, as I tend to go for aesthetics rather than deliberately trying to make something gritty.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This build contains adult themes, and as such it is only suitable for 18+

To make the most of the steamy (or seedy) elements I recommend WickedWhims and animations by the creators on LoversLab as well as Basemental Drugs.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The download is made up of 2 parts - the raised bedroom and the bathroom surround (thanks to the way that EA/Maxis treats platforms in apartment builds). This room doesn't need to be placed in an apartment, but for the purposes of the screenshots I used 21 Chic Street Apartments San Myshuno.

I recommend placing the bathroom portion first, and then the bedroom.
