Happy New Year! 🎆 (Patreon)

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year! Thank you all for your support since I started sharing my builds with you just under a year ago - I appreciate you all!

🎊 Here is to an exciting 2025 🎉

I figured I'd also take this opportunity to recap the builds that I shared out into the Sims 4 Community in 2024. For the entire year there were 22 download posts released (approximately 2 every month!)

The Farm House (March 2024)

My first ever build released on Patreon, also the first build I'd ever created in Henford-on-Bagley.

A Slice of Italy (March 2024)

Oasis in the Desert (April 2024)

This was an experimental build in Oasis Springs, where I played with glass and ceiling heights, and I love how it turned out! Fun fact: the ceilings in the upper floors are made using double bed bases!

Sulani Island Hideaway (April 2024)

This build was the first where I released both a Shell and Furnished version for you to put your own stamp on it. I'd actually made the shell for my sister to use in her game and decided to share it with everyone!

Skyline Zen (May 2024)

 Jacques Villareal Library (May 2024)

Ophelia Villa Renovation (June 2024)

Diamond in the Rough (June 2024)

Boutiques Françaises (July 2024)

The Jaffa House (July 2024)

The Blue Danube (August 2024)

Good Believer Church Conversion (August 2024)

One of my favourite exteriors of the year - I just love how the features look in photographs!

Steamy or Seedy Hotel Room (September 2024)

I stumbled across Simtopia's Discord server and decided to try my hand at a build contest they were running for September where the challenge was to build the dodgiest, seediest hotel room. I really loved how this turned out (you just know that carpet has questionable stains and is damp underfoot!) and the judges did too - It won best in show!

Desert Delight (September 2024)

Le Château Blanc (September 2024)

My largest build (yet). This mansion was a labour of love spread over many months - I even left it sitting half-finished for nearly six months because of the level of detail that went into this build! But the end result is sublime, and it is the perfect property to overlook Del Sol Valley.

Straud Mansion Revamped (October 2024)

The Cabin in the Woods (October 2024)

Tomarang Founders Retreat (November & December 2024)

Of all the homes released this year - hands down the garden of Tomarang Founders Retreat is my favourite.

Desert Villa (November 2024)

Christmas Cabin (December 2024)

The final build of the year - Christmas is a bit different in the Southern Hemisphere (its our Summer) but I wanted to create a warm and cozy build that you could picture your sim families heading to for the holidays.
