Palazzo Tartosa (Shell) (Patreon)

The official download post for: PALAZZO TARTOSA (SHELL)

Palazzo Tartosa invites you to indulge in the epitome of Italian luxury. Adorned with intricate balconies and stately dark-shuttered windows, the palazzo harmoniously blends historic charm with modern sophistication.

Surrounded by lush, manicured gardens teeming with vibrant blooms, the grounds offer an enchanting retreat. Stroll along the pristine pathways, unwind under shady trees, or revel in the serenity of the outdoor patio. Here, guests can savor exquisite aperitifs while basking in views of rolling hills and majestic mountains in the distance.

I recommend placing this lot in the Laurent family (50x50) lot in Tartosa.

⚠️NOTE: Make sure you have move_objects on enabled when placing the lot into your world otherwise items will not be placed correctly. Also be aware due to the way The Sims 4 handles apartment builds - Walls will be missing from rooms and need to be added back to the build.

⚠️NOTE: This lot contains custom content, some free and some by paid creators. If you do not have the required content, some elements of this lot may not reflect the photos.
