The Farm House - Patreon Download (Patreon)

The official download post for: THE FARM HOUSE.

I hope you enjoy this lot, as it was a lot of fun making it!

Description

Looking to escape to the countryside? Want a slice of the farming life? Check out this renovated 3br, 1.5bath water mill in Henford-on-Bagley.

Enter along the winding driveway, or cross over the ancient stone bridge to this recently restored water mill.  The expansive grounds feature a wheat field, chicken coop, cow shed, cottage garden and wine cellar plus much more!

When placing the lot I recommend 2 Olde Mill Road, Henford-on-Bagley.

EDIT 31/03/2024This lot has been play tested, however there may be some routing issues and some items may not be usable due to item placement. (Your sims should be able to move around and interact with most everything, however I make no guarantees.)

⚠️NOTE: Make sure you have move_objects on enabled when placing the lot into your world otherwise items will not be placed correctly.

⚠️NOTE: This lot contains custom content, some free and some by paid creators. If you do not have the required content, some elements of this lot may not reflect the photos.
