I was fan of Brandons before the Crow and when I read that he was going "The Crow" I was so excited for him. Then of course seeing the news that he was accidentally killed on set was just horrible. He seemed like a really good down to earth guy, that just wanted to be an actor. I remember reading an interview his mom gave after he was killed, and said Brandon was so excited about this film, cause he felt it wasn't just about the Lee name and making a martial arts film, he felt he was actually acting and was very excited for everyone to experience this film. Which makes it even a little more sad. The shooting where he was killed is the scene with "funboy" on the bed it was a later shoot, the film was mostly done. I also know that the guy playing Funboy never recovered from this incident. Just a very sad situation. But, that aside still a fun movie to watch. As for the similarities of Catwoman and The Crow. The Crow comes from a series of graphic comics 1+4 written in 1989 Eric comes back to take out this gang for what they did to Shelly. And Catwoman in the comics has dies a number of different ways so not sure if maybe the script writers for Batman returns borrowed the idea for catwoman from the The Crow series? or The other way around? I'm not sure or was it just coincidental?
