I wanted to get some feedback from some of you guys on this. For a long time now, we've tried coming up with various ways that we could game with some of you. Maybe on like a rotation or first-come basis.

Jen and I both like Mario Party on the switch which can hold 4 players. I like Battlefront 2 where you can have 4 players in a co-op mission.

Jack in the Box trivia might be fun where you can have 8, but there'd be significant lag for those of you watching on a livestream but the questions will appear in real-time.

We might be experimenting on Patreon in the near future, but let us know what you think. The idea sounds good, but from a technical perspective, I'm trying to iron it out a bit. Shoot me some ideas!

Damn I don’t have a switch

Skyler

Sounds good

Hamzah H

Sounds like fun! I don’t have a switch unfortunately but if this is still ongoing after the switch 2 comes out then I’ll definitely join in lol! Love Mario party though it’d make a fun stream

Marquis keel

Side note I would love to see Jen play the Spider-Man or watch the games cuz that’s legitimately one of the best adaptations and stories out for Spider-Man

Logibear

I have a PC but no switch

Sean Harding

You and Jen should play Split fiction 👍🏾

Emilio

Might not make all the streams, but I’d definitely would join when available!

Logan Schneider

Jackbox would be a good idea. Discord's screen share is pretty quick and would reduce the lag that a YouTube or Twitch stream would have. They also have the audience feature, so more than just the main players can play along.

JC

Halo MCC? You can have 16 player lobbies.

Joshua Campbell

Batman, Spider-Man, & Uncharted. Awesome games for you to enjoy 😉.

Bradford

Jackbox games are always pretty fun for streams. Fall Guys could be fun too if you’re looking for more than just a few people.

Jonathan Jennings

I would say sparring with Patrons in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, tournament style

hthardman

Really?? My only worry is that I'm not very good at multi-player free for all and I know Jen would struggle. I'm trying to lean towards co-op type games. But I might be willing to try it out if a bunch of you guys want! I'm sure you'll all take great joy in absolutely demolishing me.

Logan Schneider

Human Fall Flat is another good option. It has 8 player co-op and can do split screen. It can be quite a bit of fun!

Logan Schneider

Fall Guys has custom lobbies. It's maybe more competitive than what you are looking for, but I would equate it to a Mario Party minigame. I think that can 4-40 players if I can recall.

Jasko Maughann

How about Baldurs Gate 3. 4 player coop

JC

I'm no expert but some folks have remade versions of some old classic custom games like Jenga, FatKid, Predator, and Duck Hunt. Old customs were less about competition and more about stretching the rules and mechanics of the game. It could be worth it to put out feelers on discord for anyone who still has the good custom games.

Rigbys Life of Gaming .

What ever game you do pick, you should make a discord for communication. Mario cart would be a fun one for the switch and you can have a decent amount of people or like someone else said we could do MCC and just play customs game modes like griffball, avalanche, jenga, etc. Halo infinite also has a lot of really cool custom games that aren't available on mcc and it's free to play so it's easy access for people to join.

Derek Bailey

Jackbox. Mario kart would be amazing and I'd love to see you and jen play split fiction or it takes 2. Amazing games

Dylan Brodie

Holden Hardman SMP Minecraft server?

Brody Reeks

This is a great idea, Holden! If you're looking for co-op experiences Party Animals is a fun one which is 8 player lobbies! There are many 2 player specific games like It Takes Two, A Way Out, Split Fiction which would be fun for us to watch! Playing along though, Battlefront 2 coop is really amazing, there are games like Minecraft, 7 Days to Die, Space Engineers which are more PVE coop games. Really up to you guys

hthardman

I'm not super proficient with Discord. I think I have a HoldenHardman discord currently that Prime mods, I believe. Maybe we could use a Patreon-only chat?

hthardman

Well that's just one. PS4/5 and Xbox stuff too!

Matej Duvnjak

If you are down we can play Sea of thiefs as well.

Tim L

Jack box, the audience can still play along with most of the games even if full.

Rigbys Life of Gaming .

Yeah that would work perfectly. I think you can make a private channel and then we just comment our names here and Prime would give us access to it.

MonkeeyDthomas

stream on twitch and YouTube. You guys can do duo games like split fiction or horror games together. you can really play whatever y'all want.

Official Backwoodz Logan

Fall guys could work, halo or black ops idk if yall play that or even red dead redemption 2

ravendeville

You could always find vr chat YouTubers and ask them for help w stream gaming. I watch a few small Sonic universe based vr chat YouTubers who do open game streams and be live via YouTube, etc it’s always a good time (Cisco, Silver and Friends, Shadowthehedgehogyt/ Jultz)

jim shields

the YDNJ stuff works well with livestreams. more than 4 can play usually.

Cborla

Jack box let's people participate even once the lobby is full as "The Audience" which could be a way to get around the 8player limit there. Fall guys as someone else mentioned is also a good way to get a lot of viewers into a lobby if needed. Or the free alternative of that game "Stumble guys" could always work too.

André Avelãs

Among Us is a must. It's actually pretty fun.

TheFatmanBatman

For choosing Patreons, maybe you could have like a raffle/spin a wheel type system, maybe you leave a post asking the people who want to join have them put there names in the comments and you add those names to a wheel or raffle, to avoid choosing people uninterested

Rigbys Life of Gaming .

I personally think just having a "first come, first served" situation would be best. Im sure there is plenty of Patreons who dont want to game.

Rigbys Life of Gaming .

I think having Jen try out the most recommended games and picking whatever feels the best for her, is the way to go

Kabnoot

Im gaming constantly. I would love to have the opportunity.

Mattyjames

battlefront 2 would be epic and so would Mario party

Art Perez

You could do the batman Arkham series

André Avelãs

Since Jen loves/hates zombies, why not Resident Evil 2 Remake? Also I have mentioned Final Fantasy VII Remake, but would also add Clair Obscur: Expedition 33... the breakout hit of the year. And, of course, the Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater Remake, as it is a great jump in point for the series for newbies.
