Bendy Club Bites (Patreon)

join me for my first video in my new series called Bendy Club Bites (for Bendy Club Extra members only!)🫶

this is designed to keep my lovely members busy during the week, so you have access to more of my classes and content than just my YouTube uploads of Kitchen Yoga Series.

Each video will consistent of a few different poses or flows that you can take anywhere, or pull out as a little pocket yoga for times in need🧘‍♀️

let me know in the comments how you feel about this, and if you’d like a higher paying tier for even more exclusive and custom yoga content💛
