Hello me Hearties! 

I'm happy to share with you these amazing pics from our show at MetalDays in Slovenia! A professional photographer and friend of Meek came with us since we live very close to this festival and took pics and videos of our show!

I wanna take the opportunity of this post to welcome some fresh blood who joined us this month: Zak, Bert, Profknox, Sebastien, Markie, Morgushka and Tomas Holota! Welcome on board!! 

The unique thing about these pics is that some are taken from the stage, which festival photographers can't do, and it created some unique shots! 🤩

We had a very good time at the festival even if it was the hottest festival show we ever played... 🥵 yet we were lucky to perform from 19:30 to 20:30, the sun hid behind the hills after half of our set... the bands playing before must have really suffered..! 

And yet, this told me that I should plan summer versions of our outfits ^^ Long sleeves, vests and coasts....it wasn't ideal haha! We left the stage liquified, dazed, almost in shock haha! 😅 We were looking at each other in the dressing room, the sweat dripping from everywhere, make up melting down our over-heated faces...!

Adrenaline during the shows helps us not feeling the pain / heat too much... but once the show is over.... it all struck us pretty hard haha! 

Yet we could feel how much fun we had! We never know with MetalDays as it's a more extreme festival music-wise compared to Masters Of Rock for instance. We played in between quite some brutal bands and the headliner that evening was Meshuggah! ^^ Yet people showed up and enjoyed our set very much! We could see a lot of inflatable swords in the middle of the crowd, some pirates hats and other summer vacation relatable items! MetalDays is unique due to its paradise-like location... It feels like a heavy summer camp! A vacation center by the river for metalheads hehe! 🏝️

Tom and Dushi went to enjoy the river earlier during the day while I had to start preparing for the show. Next time I really wanna take a swim in this clear fresh water! 🏞️

I've shot some videos snippets again during this day and will put together a Backstage Vlog around this festival as well! Gotta prepare the ones for Piratefest and Masters Of Rock in the meantime!

Next festivals: WACKEN and Metal On The Hill with orchestra again! Oh this is such an exciting summer time!
