MAKING OF the "Legion Of The Seas" video (Patreon)

Hello me hearties!

Here's my snippets from this shooting put together just for you!

We shot this video on the 28th of January in Austria's countryside, in a non-heated big storage room...It was so cold on that day that we focused on shooting a lot and spent the waiting time in a dressing room which was the only heated place of the building!

Here are my answers to the previous some of you asked!

1.  Hi Clémentine, do you and the band develop the concept for the video or was it the media company who filmed etc. the video?

For this video, the vide ocompany did all the work. It was supposed to just be a band performance video but they got so inspired by the song and our universe that they decided to walk the extra mile and bring in stunts and more pirate props! They understood our dark pirate universe and imagined action scenes that would fit it!

2.  Does the pirate character with a scar on his face have a name?

Hahaha well he does have a name but he’s not a professional actor. He’s a friend of the filming team and he never did that before! But yeah, that moment he had the make-up and clothes on and put on that badass pirate attitude, he was a brand new man!

3.  This video seems a little simpler than the other two. Does that mean it was easier to perform in or are even the simpler ones actually just as much work as the likes of "Master the Hurricane"?

It was simpler in the sense that there was no real story to convey and the acting was less intense. But it was veeery cold and that makes just every shooting way harder!

The video company knew exactly what they were looking for so they guided us very well and throughout the whole shooting, which made us relax and trust the process even more!

4.  The video seem to have different storylines... Can you tell us more about the stories behind?

Oh there’s no real story behind in this story, one is invited to imagine what he wants ;)

Thank you guys!

I wish you a nice evening!

Hugs,

Clementine
