I lost both my parents within 10 months of each other. Sometimes a distraction is the best thing. But allowing oneself to allow a distraction is very difficult. There is no rush on content. You guys helped me feel more of a sense of normalcy these last couple years

Congrats on the weight loss. You're weight's at where I wanna be. Though I'm 5 11 I'm at 222 right now, and I have been for at least a year. Just 5 years ago I was around 185, but since then I discovered I have high blood pressure, AFib, hypothyroidism, and chronic venous insufficiency in my lower legs so losing weight is an uphill battle with taking the medications for those. They basically ALL cause weight fluctuations. Plus, I was predominantly indoors for 2 years due to my eyes recovering from Lasik and PRK and then a viral eye infection due to the PRK surgery, so I couldn't be as active. Every time I tried to go outside, even with sunglasses on, my eye would get infected and red. Felt like a literal zombie. I got down to 110 at my lowest, a few months ago after getting TONS of exercise in a short span with moving furniture and a short, strict diet for a doctor procedure, but have since gained it back. There's a high blood pressure workout video on YouTube I've been using for a long time from a UK guy that WORKS, but I just need to be disciplined enough to do it 3 X a week EVERY week, and my weight will gradually go down. Even though you guys don't need to put out content right now with Joe's situation, I wanted to be here on Patreon to support you both. You have plenty of stuff from years past I can watch that I never watched full length before. Gonna upgrade to a higher tier later this month when I have a bit more money.
