What do you think about the delays for Doomsday clock in light of your conversation regarding delays killing stories? I think issue 10 was a real game changer. A lover letter to Superman, JSA, and the Golden Age. It will work well as a trade, but will the delays ruin the impact it could have had?

The trouble with delays is they have a heavier effect on stories told in-continuity (like Doomsday Clock), and less or an effect on those told out of continuity (like the color series). More people will read the series in trade than in single issues, so there's a chance it will all work out on the money side and no one will remember it was delayed.
