A doodle of Toon!Icey who speaks entirely in squeaks and sound effects and suffers from immense lag- sometimes to the point of moving in jerky ways and blipping in and out of reality. You'd be hard pressed to ever see them take anything seriously, even if the situation calls for a serious reaction. Because of which, they often find themselves feeling disconnected from the rest of the world and not entirely a part of anything, really.
