HERE IT IS. IT'S FINISHED. IT'S OUT.

Yes, we went to India. We shot it in March and kept it off social media to maximize the surprise. Siddhant and I have been planning this video since late 2020 and I can't believe it's finally finished.

There's a lot happening in this one so go watch it and I'll talk more about it soon in a stream or a Patrick Replies.

ALSO: if you missed it, new Patreon tiers are here. Old ones will be going away. All the info is at this link.

Thank you for making this video! It is such an unreserved celebration of Bollywood and everything it has to offer. As an Indian who hasn't seen some of these movies for a long time, this video brought me a lot of joy!

I recently upped my support and feel immediately rewarded for doing so.

Very very very nice touch with the Intermission. I went to go see Pathaan in theaters last year and when it said Intermission I looked so confused with other people getting up and walking around. And the thing is I have seen other Indian movies before that but barely saw an intermission. The last time I saw an intermission was Ben Hur and that was quick. Also, I think you overlooked in Om Shanti Om with the Dhoom Taana song and how it also gives honor to all the other past Indian films that also hold significance to India cinema

pat, this is really special, tons of stuff for the watchlist

Hi Patrick, I just wrote a small message on Twitter about your most recent video. I just wanted to say here on ''Pateron'', thank you so much for making this extraordinary picture. I loved it, it was so amazing to watch. It's a film in itself. What I am trying to say is that in my opinion, you tell a complete story. I truly learned information about Bollywood. Thank you so much. And oh Mumbai looks amazing, I loved what you did over there. I truly hope I will get to see more of these kinds of videos in the future. At this moment I am supporting you on the fourth highest tier. But in a few months, I will become a higher Patreon member so perhaps more of these kinds of videos can get made. Anyway, thank you again, and to the entire team. It was amazing to see. Best Jacob from Holland

Omg FINALLY someone gets it!! No joke it’s like you crawled inside the same Indian Cinema rabbit hole I did (just tack on a few more SRK classics on the end)! These movies are SO much fun to watch and Americans are totally missing out, I am so excited for this video to inspire a new audience. Watching you watch/comment on DDLJ made my day. Some classic King Khan favs that didn’t make the cut: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kal Ho Naa Ho, and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Add them to your never ending watch list for a rainy day when western media is feeling particularly empty of relentless pizazz.

Is this why we support you on Patreon? To run off to India and do videos about the movies made there? Yes, it totally is! Great job! I loved it!

Alec

I loved this! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
