Howdy y'all!

Wanted to try my hand at watercolors again, but this time with a much clearer objective: I want to develop a "watercolor style", one that I might use to paint pieces in the future, vore or not. It'll be a style that I pull from on occasion, kinda like the charcoal style and techniques I use when shading art pieces in black and white!

Maybe I could even offer specialized commissions, like charcoal commissions at one point in time and watercolor commissions at another? I think that might be interesting. For now, this'll just be a proof of concept.

Mighty fun to make, and a colored Desperaux drawing is always a good time for me. Still working on her monster design... it's in a real fun spot right now ;>

Cheers!

As someone who don't much of water coloring but I wonder how it would do layers if one where to make transparent skin with it. Also have you tried oil painting?

I havent thought about that, but I actually imagine it would fit pretty well! Although this work is digital, I try to employ the same etiquette in digital watercoloring as people do traditionally, and watercolor is all about going from light to dark. I imagine for translucent skin, it would be just like darkening to show depth, or darkening for any objects beneath a translucent surface! I'll definitely try it sometime. As for oil painting, no I haven't tried that yet unfortunately lol. Id be lying if I said it wasnt slightly intimidating to do traditionally 😅 but I'm not opposed to trying someday!
