The Town & City Tokens (Patreon)

Built on the back of last week's Poacher's Crest map we have our Town & City Tokens pack. Inside you will find 143 buildings, trees, wagons, and other assets!

As always, please let me know what is missing in this pack, and I will work to make it more comprehensive with a part two down the line!

I can't wait to see what you put together, so please share your maps in the Community section. :)

Love this! I wish I had a reason to build a city right now. Do you perhaps have base map, like a landscape to drop these onto.. or some guidance in how to create fields, dirt, hills etc in your style?

I'm going to set these up in wonderdraft, but I think some backdrops for them would go a long way (and could also be put into wonderdraft as textures!

Awesome for less detailed cities. And it could use some market-tokens, sewer maybe? For bigger cities. Anyway great job, as always.

I tend to do a lot of ground detail in context-specific shadows, but you might get some use out of downsized <a href="https://2minutetabletop.com/?s=roadside&post_type=product" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Roadside tiles</a>. Another shortcut is (if you're using Photoshop) to throw all of your buildings into one layer group and then apply a Drop Shadow blending option. This will do a good job of grounding the tokens over a simple texture. :)

I do want to make some Wonderdraft textures, which would also work nicely here!

There's plenty of crates and canvases in here but you're right, a nice, colorful market prefab would be a fine thing!

Hello! By any chance are these awesome map tokens available with those lovely snow icons used in the Poacher's Crest map? I'm still running my winter campaign, and would LOVE to be able to build winter cities for my players! :)

Also, a silly question if I may, but what are you using for the backgrounds of these city/country map sets, which you put the icons on? I feel like I may be missing something! ^^;

Thank you for yet another wonderful asset pack. I'm not running any campaigns at present but I am building a library with all your art, sorting and tagging it for future need. The ambition is that I will be able to create a whole setting with lots varied places to go without having to change up the art style. I too would very much like to have access to the snow version of these tokens. I live up north and so tend to use snow a lot in my settings - and i makes for such wonderful situations too (it's hard to move about without making noise for one).
