Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since we brought you any updates, but the team have been very busy behind the scenes producing content for Shale Hill Secrets - Episode 4!

As we’ve said a few times, Shale Hill Secrets will have less previews, as we don’t want to give too much away - but please be rest assured our radio silence doesn't mean we aren’t working hard. For now, we leave you with a little sneak peek from the fourth episode. There’s some real exciting things coming your way and, well... nevermind! 😉

We hope you are looking forward to playing the next episode.

Stay safe and we’ll see you all soon for more,The Love-Joint Team.

I said basically that on the discord... Felt like I was getting attacked for saying that I understand the 8 week release schedule, but that it sucks... 🤷🏻‍♂️

lovejoint

We are working too hard on the game that we forgot to post spoilers earlier :D

lovejoint

Who attacked you in our Discord? We certainly don't allow that.

Eagerly Awaiting leaving the wardrobe with Leah lol

Quality content takes time and each episode (of all of Love-Joint's games have been of great quality. Well worth the wait, no matter how long

westenger

I think getting poor quality content sucks more than waiting any amount of time

Skumpo

why not a episode every month anymore ?

lovejoint

In short: it's too little time to develop substantial updates plus is not a healthy pace for the dev team.

Why does everybody act like the previous content was shit or something? The previous Love Joint content was always fantastic and high quality content. I personally prefered the 4 week release schedule. But It is what is, and at the end of the day I'm fine with the 8 week releases for great content. But it does get frustrating when releases are late after even 8 weeks (especially for Mac).

Will try to get Mac builds earlier. The reason I hold them a bit is to make sure the game is as stable as possible. The Windows build (which is played for most of the userbase), ends up serving as a beta-testing.
