So about this Patreon security thing... (Patreon)

So. I'm sure you all have heard the news. In case you haven't, Patreon just fired all of its security staff. Which is, let's just say, a bad.

Now, I know I don't post here very often, but y'all are actually a very important part of my income, which is to say the fixed part. And y'all's opinions matter to me. 

The easiest thing for me to do is honestly nothing. This sucks, but Patreon is easy.

HOWEVER. Ko-fi is much more secure (being built out of Paypal), it also offers monthly subscriptions, and it doesn't take a processing fee. My only fear of moving there is whether people would bother to follow me. 

Given that, we have this poll. Which is basically "If I switched to Ko-fi would you follow me" because my suspicion is that this is a very passive thing for most people since I don't post. But I have learned over the past couple years to challenge my assumptions, because I also assumed my art wasn't good enough to make a living off of, and I'm now going on two full years.
