Fix: Strap-On Availability (Patreon)

It was just pointed out to me that an error in the coding was preventing the strap-on from being selectable in game for sex animations (although it still appeared in CAS).I think it's possible that this error is affecting both the Patreon and public releases of the file, so I've fixed it and am attaching the corrected version of the file here just in case.
