Scalpel

I'm not gonna armchair diagnose you or anything but I sometimes go through similar patches, so... I'd say you might wanna figure out why you're doing this because the solution is gonna depend on that. Is it anxiety about not wanting to burden people? Or being overstimulated and wanting some peace and quiet? Or something else? Either way, though, it can always be solved ^^

Keeping in touch with people can get overwhelming - it's perfectly okay to take some time for yourself to process things on your own, so long as the people that care for you know that that's what you're doing and don't feel like you're shutting them off. What's unhealthy is pushing away people because you don't want to bother them or be a burden, even though you could use their presence - so just ask yourself why you're doing this. If it's because that's better for you it's fine - I'm like this, personally, venting doesn't help me much and it just stresses me out trying to explain things - but if it's because you feel guilty or ashamed reaching out, maybe try to ignore those feelings and trust people when they say they're here for you.

Oh.... the first one about not wanting to burden people definitely sounds like me.. like I feel... if I am sad and negative, people will not like me, and it will drive them away... also I feel like feeling overstimulated is going on in my head too...

Shy or Tails

You're right... if my friend was feeling not well I would want them to reach out... I don't know why buy I feel like if I do that, I will eventually tire and drive people away and that scares me...

People who care about you aren't going to get tired of you that easily, and if it really is too much for them they'll say so. If anything, it's keeping all your troubles to yourself and not burdening others with them that can push people away - when you see someone dear to you hurting and can't help them, it doesn't make you feel relieved, it makes you feel helpless and not a good friend.

But that's just an assumption, isn't it? Every healthy relationship (not just romantic relationships, everything) is built on mutual support but that can't happen if you don't let people support you. Sure, maybe not everybody will, but if you close yourself off, nobody will be able to. Being a bit more open with your struggles allows the people who want to support you do their thing. No point in assuming the worst, right? Give other people the chance to prove themselves to you. Overstimulation is the easier case. Just give yourself a bit of time to wind down and rest. Just keep in mind that if it's a perpetual thing, it might be a sign of burnout or depression.
