Ilyana Rasputin, Headmaster Tower, Hogwarts
"These will be enough," Harrison said, as he reinforced a dozen arcane automatons
They looked really imposing, and in Harry's words, they would be more than capable of subduing a dozen trolls, and the physical appearance supported that statement
“You mentioned that there is a kind of guardian, didn't you? The one who helped you in this place," asked the man Harry had called Stephen
Ilyana nodded calmly and replied
"Yes, I've never seen him, he's under the Map Chamber, in the depths of the castle, however, his influence fights against Belasco constantly, the castle helps him, it was thanks to him that I was able to escape from Limbo" confessed Ilyana with a lost look
She still had nightmares about the atrocities that happened to her in that place, she thanked the guardian every day for restraining her
"For years I've been trapped in this place, learning magic, fighting against Belasco's influence in the castle, supporting the guardian in everything I can"
At that moment, Charlus Potter interrupted the young woman's words
"Who is Belasco?" he asked sharply
Ilyana raised an eyebrow, looking unimpressed at the decrepit old man in front of her
"I don't know where he comes from, I only know that he is a demon, a powerful one, who rules Limbo, he kidnapped me, wanting to use my mutant power to open a portal to Earth, however, the Guardian truncated his plans, he besieged Limbo and rescued me, I have been here since then..." said the blonde, her gaze lost
Harrison stepped forward and said
"We are here to end the anomaly, something forced magic to change, something that happened here, more than two hundred years ago, we want to find out what," said the Black Lion in a soft voice, noticing that Ilyana was more fragile than she seemed
The blonde shook her head and replied
"I don't have the answer to those complicated questions, but if there is anyone who can answer you, it is the Guardian, although to reach him, we must go through the hordes of minions" confessed the blonde
James Potter snorted and arrogantly responded
"The beasts that attacked us were no problem; we will exterminate them all to find out what happened."
Ilyana, for her part, simply looked at the man and shaking her head replied
"Powerful, but arrogant and stupid, if you continue with that attitude, you will end up dead," Ilyana warned
James was preparing to answer, but Harry interrupted him
"Enough, how close can you take us to this chamber? We need to stop the madness of this place" Harry asked
Ilyana looked at him in silence, until, in a shy voice, she replied
"I can let you all at the chamber itself, however, descending to the singularity will be the real problem, powerful magical defenses guard the entrance of the cave, and as soon as Belasco's forces detect that you are approaching his lair, he will throw everything he has against you" she said calmly
Loki stepped forward and looking at his Lion said
"I can take care of these annoying wards dear, but if what this delicious and painfully aroused lady is true, it will take me some time, demonic magic is a headache, not particularly complicated, but quite elusive," confessed the princess of Asgard, while looking at her beautiful manicure
Ilyana watched as Harrison sighed, making a decision
"Well, let's go to this map chamber to see what we are up against," Harry ordered, as he looked at the blonde mutant expectantly
"When you order it” said the handsome man tactfully, making the blonde blush
Shaking her head quickly to focus, Ilyana concentrated on the deepest point of the castle, on that beautiful room where she had arrived after her torture in Limbo
With her eyes closed, she prepared to activate her power and ordered
“Everybody touch my shoulder”
Those present obeyed without question, everyone was really interested in this problem ending, Stephen and Harrison to end the demonic threat, Charlus and James dreamed of the ancient gift returning to the glorious Potter family, Selene wished she didn't have to worry about this annoying but dangerous presence for her plans
And Loki? The princess just wanted fun and adventure, and nothing like a demonic hunt to get her blood pumping
When she finished, she would have a marathon of pleasure with Harry and the rest of the lionesses, the sorceress thought to herself with a lascivious smile
Maybe it was time to invite her elusive but beautiful friend from Asgard...she would love to see her black lion breaking Amora's arrogant face
A second later, Ilyana opened a portal, it was considerably larger than the ones she usually did, something understandable, she had to move many more people this time and, in an instant,
They all disappeared from what was once the Headmaster Tower of Howgarts
Harrison Evans, Map Chamber, bellow Hogwarts
Harry thought he knew Hogwarts Castle inside and out, he had walked it for seven years, every hallway, room and hiding place
And yet, on his home world, he had never found this room
It was huge and beautiful, made of obviously magical blue walls, with gold and silver ornaments and pillars, in the center there was a kind of descending cave, blocked by a magical barrier, by the stench it emanated, Harry did not doubt that it was a product of the demonic magic that Ilyana mentioned
However, that was the least important thing at this time
Around him, Harrison watched what seemed like an endless struggle, beautiful silver armor surrounded by a blue aura fought fiercely against what Harry assumed were once goblins, they were dressed in battle armor and these, unlike the armors, had a blood-red glow
Each time an armor was destroyed, it was reassembled, while each time a goblin fell, it rose as if nothing had happened
Harrison shook his head quickly
"Loki dear, break down this barrier, we'll cover you," ordered the black lion
The Asgardian princess nodded elegantly and concentrated, her graceful hands flashing with arcane threads that began to pierce the barrier, and just at the moment that Loki's magic touched the shield...
All the goblins and Trolls stopped fighting the armor and pounced on the group
A good sign, in the black lion's opinion, after all, if the person responsible for this disaster wanted to keep them out, it was for a reason
Harry didn't have to order anything, James and Charlus levitated storms of swords, spears and axes, and began to make them dance among the hordes of enemies, while summoning the golems again to slow the advance of the Trolls
The control his grandfather and father had over his mutation was pretty good, both were powerful, alpha level without a doubt
And therefore feared...
Stephen and Selene kept the hordes subdued with flames, they didn't really do any damage, but they herded the enemy soldiers into the dance of lethal steel that the Potters were masterfully conjuring
Harrison? The black lion kept his eyes on his Ice princess, who seemed to succeed in breaking down the barrier, causing the enemy army to attack with even more fury
Harrison frowned and, much to his chagrin, placed himself between his father and grandfather, inhaled hard, and began to imbue his magic in the storm of steel that the Potters were creating
In an instant, the blades of all the weapons gained an emerald glow, at the same time that flames of the same color began to emerge from them, generating a fucking storm of magical fire, which charred the enemies to such an extent that the flames burned the magic itself, burning the bodies and preventing them from regenerating
Seeing this, both Charlus and James smiled in a macabre manner, and increased the speed with which they moved the weapons, increasing the power of the flames
"THAT'S WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! DO YOU SEE THIS HARRISON? WE ARE GODS, THE WORLD IS OURS TO DO AND UNDO AS WE PLEASE!” James shouted out of his mind, however, Harrison was not ecstatic, quite the opposite
His father did not understand it, nor did his grandfather, Power without control was useless, it was simple destruction, no more and no less
Charlus and James Potter's telekinesis and telepathy were formidable, easily on the level of Emma or even Charles, not so close to Jean, but very high, yet they both actively decided to hurt and dominate with their grandiose gift
"Not all the powerful think like you, the vast majority only think about domination and control, it's the disadvantage of having grown up with power, you lose respect for it and forget about pity and compassion," said a familiar female voice, one he hadn't heard since his adventure in Asgard
Harrison looked back, the mysterious woman had returned, beautiful, cold and dangerous, the aura of death surrounded her as she stared at Harrison
"Nice to see you again, Lord of the Death," said the woman, looking at him with interest, analyzing Harrison from head to toe, evidently intrigued in his presence, focusing her gaze on the orange stone of his ring
Harrison only frowned, since his visit to Asgard he had researched thoroughly about mythology, there was no doubt who it was
"Hela," Harrison said softly, looking directly at the beautiful woman, who tilted her head to the side, looking at him with interest
“And you continue to surprise me, you don't show fear... interesting, you look Death in the eyes, and you don't hesitate, your will is titanic” said the beautiful woman, more than intrigued by Harrison's soul
The Black Lion was about to answer, however, a thought crossed his mind, Hela was the Goddess of Death, in Asgard, she was present at Heimdall's death gates, something he avoided, but if he had learned anything in his life, it was that death…
"…always finds a way to find a balance," Hela finished, looking at Harrison with amusement
And at that moment, Harrison's back shuddered, Loki broke the spell, looking more than satisfied with herself, at the same time that a tremor hit the cave
“WATCH OUT!!” The Black Lion roared, the instant the ground below them collapsed, sending them into the depths of the castle in free fall, Stephen, Loki, Ilyana and Charlus fell on one side, while Harry and his father on the other, separating from the group
Harrison landed with a thud, even if his body had the same level of stamina as an Asgardian, the fall had hurt like a thousand demons, but he was alive, much to his relief
At least, until an elegant female laugh was present again
"Oh dear, did you really think I was coming for you? Powerful forces made sure you were in this place, I wouldn't dare to meddle with those plans," Hela said
At those words, alarms began to sound in Harrison's mind, at the same time that he began to hear gagging, as of a drowning person, in total agony
Harrison turned his gaze to the cave floor, where he watched with mixed feelings, the mangled body of James Potter, who, to his surprise, had one hand raised, holding something...
Harrison looked up, watching as his father held tons of rock over their heads, preventing the death of both of them and quickly, used his power to tear them apart, relieving the man of his agony
Seeing that the danger had passed, James lowered his hand and began to spit blood
“Shattered spine, collapsed lung and burst Aorta, his chest cavity fills with blood... my magic touches his soul, say goodbye, if you wish," said Hela, as she began to walk towards the dying man
An act that Harry repeated, looking impassively at the pathetic state in which James had been left, his face impassive, while his father laughed in agony
"Haha, I must look like shit AGHH" the man snapped, coughing up blood with difficulty, at first glance, the man seemed to accept his death with elegance, but Harry could see it, that look kept... fear
Fear of death
"It's a natural thing Harry," said Hela, as she knelt on James' head, placing both hands on his head and beginning to whisper in Old Norse
James looked at Harry with something akin to pride and spoke
“Lily Flower... she did a great job, she's a great mother, sending her away was the best thing I could do, for both of you" James said, making Harrison frown
"Shut up and keep quiet, you got her pregnant and discarded her like garbage," Harrison snapped, making James laugh hard
“I know, it was that, or the death of both, you already met your grandparents, do you think they would have let you live? I advocated for both, pulled the strings to send Lily away, you'd have a hard life, but a life, after all, AHHHG” James groaned, in total agony
Harrison didn't answer... And apparently, his father didn't need an answer
“I don't need your forgiveness or your affection, I made my decisions and I will live with the consequences, Take care of your siblings, they are... AAAHGH... weak, they will need a Strong Lion to protect them from my father, I... See... light... and... wings... maidens with wings..." said James, delirious
Harrison didn't answer, James Potter was dying and, against his will...
He felt compassion
He would offer no comfort, but he would not leave a dying man totally alone in his final moments
Harrison placed his hand on his father's chest, a kind of...final gesture, a closure, not a “I forgive you” more like a “I understand what did you did” As he was redeemed, James Potter breathed his last breath, before the breath left his body for the last time
"The Valhalla awaits you, warrior," said Hela, as she stood up, raising her hands and causing a kind of silver energy to emerge from his father's mouth
An instant later, that energy took shape, that of a faceless man, a being of pure energy, at the same time that a pair of winged maidens took him by the hand, to disappear an instant later
James Potter was dead, one of the main concerns of his beloved mother's safety was gone... and though Harrison felt terrible about it, he was glad his father was dead
…
Until...
…
An orange glow began to appear, at first faint but quickly gaining strength, until it shone with a magical power so colossal that even Hela, a Goddess, shuddered
"What the hell?" asked the beautiful Goddess, at the same time that the ring on Harry's finger began to shine, ready to fulfill the wish of its wearer
Even if it were unconscious and hidden inside
A golden glow emerged from the rock, taking the form of a man, just like his father's soul, he lacked a face, however, this soul was golden... more powerful than the one that had just transcended
Harrison watched in total amazement as the soul looked at the body and, quite naturally, entered through James Potter's mouth
"Shit," said Hela, surprised, watching as threads of orange magic, product of the stone in Harrison's ring, repaired James Potter's body quickly, veins, lungs, spine, everything returned to its place...
And then, James Potter breathed again... however...
"LILY, IT'S HIM, TAKE HARRY AND RUN, I'LL STOP HIM, LILY, HARRY... LILY... HARRY...” said the man who woke up, looking in despair at a terrified Harrison, taking Harry by the shirt
“Harry... Lily...” And at that moment, James Potter fainted again, leaving Harrison and Hela totally dumbfounded
Harrison remembered those words, they were the last that his father, the one who loved him and gave his life for his wife and son, said before dying at the hands of Riddle's monster
"Incredible... in all my existence... I never..." said Hela, before shaking her head and saying
"It doesn't matter, there was a death and a soul transcended, the transaction is complete, my work here is done," said the Goddess, preparing to leave
"Stop there," Harrison ordered, at the same time that the ring shone with power, stopping Hela in the act, forcing her to kneel before Harrison, to her astonishment
The black lion's eyes were not emerald in color, but totally white, with orange particles in them, the influence of the "Resurrection Stone" more than evident in the powerful sorcerer
"You know what happened...I recognized that soul, it was golden, it belongs to a wizard, right?
And Hela, with total submission, responded instantly
"That's right, Master," said the beautiful woman with her head bowed
"Shit," Harrison snapped starting to walk around the place like a caged beast, leaving an upset Hela still kneeling in the place
After several minutes, Harrison inhaled hard and spoke
"Go away, we'll talk again, when it's time, there's a lot to process," he ordered
And Hela obeyed
"As you command, Master," and without a single word, the Goddess of Death disappeared
Leaving an upset and worried Harrison Evans, looking at James Potter's body, not with the usual contempt or indifference
But with real concern
Circumstances had completely changed
For better or for worse? Only time would tell
