Baelor Targaryen, Potter Manor – the Crownlands.
“I could hardly believe Brydnen’s words when he said that Potter Manor was… impressive. I had never seen such luxury as this place, not even in Casterly Rock,” his father said calmly, observing through the window of the room Harrys had assigned to them.
“This is nothing compared to Lord Potter’s Trunk grandfather! It’s incredible! It has an immense mansion inside it! With meadows and mountains, and amazing magical beasts! By the Gods, they were beautiful!” little Egg exclaimed, bouncing around the room with excitement, much to the amusement of the rest of the family.
His mother, Myriah, watched her grandson with a radiant smile as the little prince continued sharing all the adventures he had discovered as Ser Duncan’s squire.
“And then… Delia bribed Arion so he would take her flying over Sunspear! She gave him figs and tender lamb meat in exchange for riding on his back. I tried to do the same, but the stubborn horse bird didn’t even react,” Egg replied, completely offended by the Hippogriff’s insolence.
“I’m sure you’ll earn the beast’s trust, dear. It’s only a matter of time,” his beloved mother said, gently caressing her grandson’s head, causing him to nod with determination.
“Aegon, my grandson, you mentioned something called Fire Whisky, didn’t you? Some sort of exclusive liquor that Lord Harrys possesses. Could you go to the kitchens and request some for us? I wish to taste such a curious delicacy before Lord Potter begins trading it. Perhaps I should request a few crates for the Red Keep,” King Daeron said with a small and sincere smile, his eyes betraying the love and pride he always showed whenever he looked at members of the royal family.
And no one else, Baelor thought to himself.
“Yes, Grandfather!” the little prince exclaimed before giving his mother, Queen Myriah, a long and affectionate hug and running out of the room, leaving Baelor and Maekar alone with their parents.
King Daeron calmly rose to his feet and walked toward his two sons, observing them with that look of pride and affection their father always reserved for them.
Then, placing a hand on each prince’s shoulder, the monarch spoke.
“When we received word of your injuries, my son… we feared the worst. I thank the Gods that Lady Lily was there at the right place and at the right time, and I applaud your political skill in securing a marriage with her as quickly as possible,” the King said with a sincere smile, making Baelor nod solemnly, still carrying deep reflections regarding how close he had come to death.
At the mention of it, Maekar stepped forward with his head lowered and spoke.
“I… apologize, Father. My recklessness and that of my son nearly led us to a terrible tragedy. I… will submit to whatever punishment—”
Baelor frowned more and more as he listened to his brother’s words, but apparently their father was no happier with what he was hearing, so he interrupted his brother’s monologue.
“Do not speak nonsense, my son. I know perfectly well that you would never intentionally harm your brother. What happened… was nothing more than an unfortunate accident, and I will not allow you to torment yourself over it, understood? And although we mourn the loss of the men who participated in the trial, they knew perfectly well that death was a very real possibility,” his father said in that particular tone of voice, one that blended wisdom, understanding, and leadership—the voice Baelor had always admired, to be honest.
His brother Maekar nodded solemnly, making his father smile and his beloved mother gently caress his face.
“We will have time to catch up later, my loves, but for now… your father and I must be fully informed before our conversation with Lord Potter,” Queen Myriah said gently, making Baelor sigh heavily while Maekar grimaced in displeasure.
“Harrys’s power is… overwhelming, in so many ways that I have no idea where to begin,” Baelor said calmly as the four of them took their seats in the comfortable sitting room.
At those words, Maekar snorted and muttered to himself.
“The understatement of the century, in my opinion,” his grumpy brother muttered, making both the King and Queen frown.
“Maekar, darling, behave yourself. You are a prince, not a savage. Back straight and head held high,” the Queen said in that firm tone that made Baelor and his brothers obey instantly.
And apparently, Maekar was no exception, as his brother reacted instinctively, obeying all of the Queen’s commands, much to Baelor’s amusement.
“You speak of Harrys, but not of your betrothed, my son. Any reason for that?” King Daeron asked while slowly stroking his chin, analyzing the situation perfectly.
And Baelor answered immediately.
“Lily is a formidable witch in her own right, Father. A brilliant mind with arcane knowledge more than worthy of envy. However, in Lily’s own words, Harrys plays in an entirely different league,” Baelor said, making the King and Queen nod softly.
“The terms were… extremely generous toward House Potter, but considering that Lily saved your life, my son, I consider it a more than fair arrangement,” the King said with a gentle smile before standing and looking through the enormous window toward the outside of the castle, toward the rear gardens of Potter Manor, nestled within the beautiful valley overlooking the immense beauty of Blackwater Bay.
Harrys’s flock of Hippogriffs flew peacefully throughout the area, dominating the skies with elegance and grace, much to the amazement of the Targaryen guards.
“They are magnificent… magical by nature, evidently. I would like to see one up close,” his father said, watching with a smile as young Princess Delia flew happily upon Arion’s back, much to the unease of the Martell guards.
Maekar snorted and answered instinctively.
“And that’s without seeing the dragons,” his brother said, making the King and Queen look at him with surprise and intrigue.
“Dragons? What are you talking about, my son?” the King asked, causing Baelor and Maekar to look at one another, having a silent conversation between themselves. It had been a week since the events at Potter Hall, and Baelor still had not finished processing everything that had changed.
“Harrys… has dragons, Father. Living, beautiful, enormous dragons. The Potters use them as… as livestock,” Baelor said with a sigh, while Maekar slowly nodded beside him.
Those words had an immediate effect. Both the King and Queen were utterly shocked and stunned by what they had heard, until his mother frowned and replied.
“If this is a joke… it is one in very poor taste, my son,” his mother said, making Maekar snort and answer.
“I wish it were a fucking joke.”
He immediately grimaced in pain when Queen Myriah delivered a swift and precise smack to the back of his head.
“Watch your language, Maekar!” his mother said in a warning tone, making Baelor laugh softly while his brother merely nodded in silence.
However, his father’s words interrupted the warm moment.
“Are you certain, my son? Valyrian dragons? Like those of our ancestors?” the King asked, gently stroking his beard, bewildered and concerned by Baelor’s words.
The heir to the Iron Throne and Prince of Dragonstone nodded calmly before answering.
“I’m certain they were dragons, Father, but… they were not Valyrian. Harrys made that quite clear. They are endemic to his homeland, Britannia. And no, we have no blood connection to them, unlike him and his future descendants,” Baelor confessed calmly, making the King frown before sighing heavily and nodding to himself.
“I understand. Perhaps I shall ask Lord Potter for an opportunity to see them later. But not all is lost. With Lady Lily as the future Queen, there is a real possibility of studying the eggs that were turned to stone in the past… perhaps… we can do something about it,” the King said with a smile, one that Baelor returned, genuinely happy to see his father accepting Lily.
Of course, he knew perfectly well that this acceptance was born from an interest in Arcane Gifts and the closeness the marriage would bring with House Potter, but honestly, Baelor did not care very much.
However, there was something that continued… eating away at him: the words he had exchanged with his beloved son regarding the nature of Kiera’s miscarriages and the presence of a traitor in the Red Keep.
“Father, there was something we did not mention in our letters. A matter too… sensitive and dangerous to be communicated by letter. It concerns Kiera… and the presence of a traitor in the Red Keep,” he said solemnly, making both Kings look at him in surprise, which slowly transformed into interest.
And seeing that he had his parents’ full attention, the prince began the story: Harrys and Lily’s discovery of the curse within Kiera’s womb, as well as the attempts to poison her in Oldtown, until he reached the most important point.
The Blackfyre Conspiracy.
“Harrys and Lily were quite convinced that Ser Daemon had received a letter from you, declaring him a danger to the Kingdom and sentencing him and his children to the Wall,” Baelor said, making his father and mother frown furiously at the implication.
“What nonsense are you talking about, my son? You were with me when we received Daemon’s messenger… when he declared himself King and demanded Daenerys’s hand,” the King said firmly and angrily, making it abundantly clear that, when all was said and done, he was still a dragon.
Baelor’s response?
He pulled out the letter Harrys had kept and showed it to his father and mother, who took it in surprise.
“This is the letter that, according to Harrys, Daemon Blackfyre received in response to a letter declaring that he had raised a garrison of soldiers to guarantee Aunt Daenerys’s right to choose her husband,” the prince said, handing the object to his surprised father, who took the parchment with a frown and began reading it in silence, his expression becoming increasingly darker.
For several seconds, neither prince nor queen spoke, holding their breath and waiting for the King’s response, who merely cursed and handed the parchment to his mother before beginning to pace around the room like a caged dragon.
“This… is impossible… simply impossible!” the King roared, his face contorted with fury, while his mother’s expression closely followed his.
Baelor intervened again.
“According to Harrys and Lily, Daemon sent you a letter justifying his actions, prepared to personally escort Aunt Daenerys to Dorne if necessary. Daemon planned to leave the Seven Kingdoms, Father. His plan was to settle in Pentos with Lady Rohane and his children…” the prince said solemnly, while his mother finished reading the small parchment and stood, taking her place beside her father, who was still highly agitated.
“That is not what the letter we received from Daemon Blackfyre said, my son,” the Queen said with a frown, making Baelor nod.
“I know, Mother. That is what I told Harrys and Lily at the time, but that letter… it is my father’s handwriting, which means that…”
The prince’s words were interrupted by the King himself.
“That someone was very interested in having my brother and me fight, in having us kill one another like animals. Someone intercepted the letters and changed them to suit their own purposes,” Daeron II spat, trembling with fury.
“Valarr believes this is a great opportunity to heal the bad blood between two families. He has offered his help to Harrys in discovering who is behind the rebellion, and consequently behind the execution of his mentor… and his family,” Baelor said hesitantly, indirectly revealing the subject he wanted to discuss with his father.
Alas, Daeron Targaryen was not considered one of the smartest men in Westeros for nothing, and he quickly understood the message Baelor was trying to convey.
“You mean the matter of Alyssane Blackfyre, I suppose. Lord Potter has… a rather negative opinion of me, an evident problem to the future of our relationship” the King said with a frown, making Baelor and Maekar slowly nod.
“He does. It is a decision none of us understood at the time, one for which we never received an explanation, one that…”
Daeron interrupted.
“A decision that did not seem like mine. You and your brother suspect that whoever is responsible for manipulating the letters is also responsible for my decision regarding young Alyssane,” the King said with a frown.
“It is a possibility we cannot rule out, Father,” the prince said with a sigh.
“Harrys and Lily have experience detecting curses and spells. Valarr is convinced that that particular order was not your fault, but rather the work of the traitor within the Red Keep, and he has asked me to request that you consider an examination by Lord Potter, in the same way he did with Kiera,” the Prince of Dragonstone said solemnly, making a powerful silence descend upon the room.
For several seconds, King Daeron II remained completely silent, his deep gaze lost in the window, and Baelor did not rush him in any way. He knew the decision was not something… truly simple. Quite the opposite.
“We will address that matter after our conversation with Harrys. There are matters I must discuss with him, but there is something I consider even more important, at least for the moment… both of you mentioned this… House Peverell, and its relationship with us. I want all the information you have available regarding them,” the King ordered, turning around and staring directly at both princes.
Baelor and Maekar looked at one another in silence, knowing perfectly well that the conversation they were about to have… would be more complicated than they had expected.
Harrys Potter, Lord’s Solar – Potter Manor.
“I will inform your father of the decision in person. We have a meeting with King Daeron to discuss the rebellion. There are traitors loose within the Kingdom, and I intend to clear my master’s name no matter what,” Harrys said firmly, making young Daella nod quickly, her face filled with determination.
“Yes, My Lord,” the princess whispered with emotion and relief, as though an enormous weight had been lifted from her shoulders.
Beside her, Gwyn remained firm and serene, her back straight and head held high, dressed in a beautiful gown bearing the Potter colors that embraced her lovely feminine figure like a second skin. His betrothed was somewhat tense, which he considered normal. Since they had arrived at Potter Manor, Gwyn had been very busy familiarizing herself with the place and the servants.
To Harrys’s pride, his beloved Gwyn was courteous and polite, treating everyone with respect and applying a firm hand whenever necessary, but never descending into cruelty. The portraits of the Manor told him that everyone adored their new Lady and were genuinely relieved that she possessed such a great Heart and sharp mind.
Harrys remained silent and looked at young Ashford, making her nod softly, step forward, and begin to speak.
“From this moment onward, you are my subordinate in the eyes of our future Lord Husband. I will assign your duties both here and at Sharp Point, and I will personally supervise your progress. You will be given new chambers and will be required to attend Harrys and me each night at our discretion. The maids will have standing orders to bathe and oil your body for us every night, and if you behave yourself… perhaps I will allow my man to have some fun with you from time to time,” Gwyn whispered, returning with extreme pleasure the words Daella had spoken to the young Lady a few months earlier, in her own home, during the Ashford tournament.
Daella frowned, evidently far from pleased with the arrangement, but accepted the words with complete submission, knowing perfectly well that they came from Harrys.
“Yes… Mistress” she whispered before slightly lowering her head.
Harrys nodded with satisfaction as he elegantly moved his hand, causing a white leather choker with a medallion bearing the Peverell family emblem to appear around Daella’s neck. It was not tight enough to cause pain, but tight enough to serve as a constant reminder that, from that moment onward, Daella belonged to House Peverell, and therefore…
To Harrys and Gwyn, to do with as they pleased.
“Your period of penance has begun. I will inform you when it has been sufficient, but for now, leave me. Tonight you will warm my bed and attend to both myself and my future Lady Potter. Gwyn, darling, make sure she meets our standards. You may leave,” Lord Potter ordered, making both women straighten their backs and curtsy before Harrys. They then left the room, Gwyn not wasting the opportunity to deliver a loud and humiliating smack to Daella’s beautiful ass, drawing a small yelp from the princess.
As soon as both women had left the room, the doors closed, leaving Harrys alone, waiting for his next guest.
A much more dangerous and troublesome one, in his opinion.
Lord Potter sighed heavily and looked again at the parchment. The elegant and feminine handwriting, as well as the scent of the perfume used, revealed exactly who it was from, and although Harrys was more than tempted to ignore it, something inside him… compelled him to accept the invitation.
However, Harrys could not think much further about it, as the sound of his door slowly opening brought him back to the present, forcing him to focus his entire attention on the woman he considered one of the most dangerous in the Seven Kingdoms.
“Lord Potter… for a moment I thought you wouldn’t accept my request,” Shiera purred, walking extremely slowly toward his desk, swaying her beautiful feminine body, dressed in the most scandalous and seductive gown Harrys had ever seen.
She sat before his desk and crossed her legs, deliberately making a provocative display of herself, showing off her bald and wet pussy to his heart desire.
“Your pathetic strategies will not work on me, Shiera. You said you had something important to discuss. Save us both a great deal of time and get straight to the point,” Harrys ordered, making sure to channel his magic through Shiera’s body, making it perfectly clear that he was not in the mood for games.
Aegon IV’s daughter shuddered and, to Harrys’s disbelief… released a deep and sensual moan, trembling as she reacted to the magic coursing through her.
“Did you just have a damn orgasm in my fucking chair?” Harrys demanded, completely stupefied by what had just happened, unable to believe the audacity of this… woman.
Shiera, for her part, simply laughed, a feminine and elegant sound, seductive yet dangerous, before shaking her head and opening her arms, sighing as she recovered.
“By the Gods! It’s… addictive! Feeling magic inside my body is incredible! Do it again, My Lord! Again and again until I faint!” she exclaimed, completely beside herself, making Lord Potter shake his head at the madwoman.
“Just say whatever you have to say, damn it. I’m very busy,” Harrys ordered, making the woman pout before sighing heavily and replying.
“As you command, My Lord… I wish to enter your service,” the woman said with complete sincerity and absolute directness, surprising Harrys.
He stared at her incredulously for several moments before bursting into a fucking laugh at the tremendous stupidity of what the woman had just said.
“Oh, Gods… of course not,” Harrys replied naturally, still unable to believe the words of the viper sitting before him.
Shiera, for her part, did not respond. She simply looked at Harrys with that enigmatic smile before uttering a sentence… a sentence that would completely change the course of the conversation.
“Not even… in exchange for information about what really happened to Alyssane Blackfyre? Or perhaps information about the true culprits behind the Blackfyre Rebellion?” the dangerous woman purred, making a heavy silence fall over the room.
Harrys focused his gaze on Shiera’s mismatched eyes, slowly rising to his feet and channeling his fury and magic into the body of Shiera Seastar, who continued looking at him with that mischievous expression on her face.
“Tell me what you know,” Harrys ordered, making a titanic effort to restrain himself and not tear the woman’s head off.
Shiera’s answer?
She laughed softly as she stood and walked around the side of the desk where Harrys was standing, lowering herself before him and beginning to caress his cock without a trace of shame.
“I can be very useful to you, My Lord. My network is not as extensive as my brother’s, but… there are secrets that are too dangerous even for me. Guarantee me protection, direct access to your delicious and potent magical seed, and I will give you the information necessary to get to the bottom of the true culprit behind the Blackfyre Rebellion,” Shiera purred, looking at Harrys with victorious eyes.
Harrys merely grabbed her by the hair, making the madwoman let out a soft gasp.
“I hope you know what you are doing, because if I discover that you have lied to me… I will kill you myself,” Harrys whispered, trembling with fury and hatred, feelings that were completely irrelevant to Shiera.
The dangerous woman merely laughed softly before reaching toward Harrys’s clothing, her intentions perfectly clear.
“This is the beginning of… a long and prosperous relationship, My Lord,” the woman purred, and Harrys could not help frowning, feeling as though he were making a deal with the devil.
He was not wrong
