Harry Potter,Black Office – Magical Council Headquarters.

Disbelief.

It was the only word Harry could think of to describe the absurd situation they currently found themselves in, because there was no other way to describe the stupid and absurd situation he was currently facing.

“So… you’re Alyssa Targaryen… rider of Meleys and mother of Viserys and Golden Locks. You’ve been believed dead for years, but you’re here… and apparently married to a Martell,” Harry said, filled with disbelief.

At Harry’s tone, both Lyonel and Lord Sirius, as well as the aforementioned Alyssa, grimaced uncomfortably.

“Rider of Meleys no longer. The moment Lord Daren Martell, Sirius’s father, claimed me as a concubine of House Martell, the Department of Magical Regulation severed my bond with my beloved Red Queen before handing me over as property of House Martell,” the woman said, evidently touching upon a rather sensitive subject.

Harry could not help but frown at the stupid and unbelievable situation he found himself in, so, genuinely furious as he had rarely been in his life, he focused the full weight of his magic upon Lyonel and Sirius Martell, pouring all his frustration over this situation onto them.

The result was instantaneous. Harry’s monstrous magic crashed down upon the two Lords like gigantic hammers. The atmosphere became saturated with magic, objects began floating around the Black Office, while the fireplace changed color from orange to an imposing emerald green.

“AHHHHG!” the two Lords groaned in discomfort as their knees buckled, leaving them kneeling at the feet of the new Lord of the Noble and Ancient House of Black.

“Property, you said?” Harry asked in an extremely casual tone of voice, while Viserra and Desmella swallowed hard, moving slightly away from Harry, who, with a simple gesture of his hand, caused the bodies of Lyonel and Sirius to begin floating, their arms and legs spread apart like stars, completely helpless before Lord Potter’s fury.

Because if there was one thing Harry hated above all else, it was slavery, and referring to a person as the “property” of a family…

“What you’re saying sounds… suspiciously like slavery, my Lords,” Harry said casually, while slowly clenching his fist, causing the very robes of Lyonel and Sirius to come alive and begin tightening around the helpless Lords’ necks, making both of them gasp helplessly.

However, before Harry could unleash his accumulated fury, Alyssa Targaryen intervened, the urgency in her voice quite evident.

“My Lord, please! Release my husband and Lord Lyonel! They are the least guilty parties in this situation! Let us explain,” Viserys’s mother said desperately, causing Harry to look at her with a frown before making an indifferent gesture with his hand, releasing both men, who fell to the floor of the Black Office with a heavy thud, desperately inhaling air.

“By the Old Gods! I have never… AHHG… never felt so much power!” Lord Sirius gasped as he struggled to stand, aided by Lady Alyssa, who looked at him with concern.

Nearby, Lyonel slowly got to his feet on his own, shaking his head and looking at Harry with evident admiration on his face.

“Your power is… overwhelming, my Lord! To be capable of commanding the gift of magic without a staff or wand! We thought such an ability had been lost since the Age of Heroes.”

Harry could not help but stare incredulously at Lyonel, who looked more excited than a child in a candy store rather than concerned, something quite strange considering that moments ago, Harry had held him completely at his mercy with his magic.

Apparently, one universal truth was that wizards and witches were… strange, regardless of their origins, Harry thought with amusement as Viserys’s Master of Laws calmly rose and used his staff to straighten his robes.

Alas, that was not important at the moment. He needed answers, and he would have them now.

“How is it possible that you’re alive? Viserys, Golden Locks, and everyone in the Red Keep have records of your death from more than two decades ago. And more importantly, how did Viserra… daughter of the King of the Realm and Princess of House Targaryen… end up here, far away from her family?” Harry asked with evident fury in his voice, while his magic began running wild once again.

Viserra inhaled sharply, gasping in disbelief and covering her mouth with one hand, staring toward Harry in astonishment. It was obvious that the young woman had many questions, but those would have to wait.

Harry needed to know exactly what was happening before doing anything about it.

This society… this Ministry… this Council… was far more cruel and ruthless than England. Harry could only imagine the field day those Death Eater bastards would have if they could “claim” Muggle-borns and half-bloods as property of their families.

By Merlin, just thinking about this fucked-up society made his blood boil with rage, giving him the urge to unleash a Fiendfyre and burn this damned place to its foundations.

However, Harry’s intrusive thoughts were interrupted by Alyssa, who stepped forward, positioning herself in front of Sirius and Lyonel before answering.

“It all began during the war, what my son’s Kingdom classified as the Fourth Dornish War. My father, my brother Aemon, and my husband Baelon attacked Morion Martell’s Fleet,” Alyssa said, making Harry nod gently.

“Aye, I read about that. A Martell prince with more stupidity than brains thought it would be a good idea to send a hundred wooden ships into the domain of a man who rides dragons. Absolute stupidity,” Harry said decisively, making Lyonel snort in amusement while Lady Alyssa smiled softly.

“What history does not say… is that among the dead was someone of great importance, at least to the magical House Martell. My father and brothers not only executed Morion, but among the ships was Lord Mors Martell,” Alyssa said calmly, as Lord Sirius intervened.

“My uncle,” the man said, clarifying the situation somewhat for Harry and allowing Lord Martell to continue the story.

“With the death of my uncle, my father, Lord Doran Martell of the Snake Pass, appeared before the Council and demanded intervention over the death of a member of his family. However, the Chief Warlock of that time, Lord Marius Casterly, simply laughed in my father’s face, saying that if Mors Martell had been stupid enough to fight and die in Muggle affairs, then he deserved to die like one, and therefore Intervention was denied,” Sirius explained, making Harry nod, surprised by the… rather efficient resolution of the matter.

“However, my father would have his wish a year later, when the runestones detected a magical birth in King’s Landing… in the Red Keep, and when he was sent to investigate and secure the infant according to the Rules of the Council…”

At this point, Alyssa intervened, her face filled with hatred and fury, as well as helplessness.

“He found me, with my little Aegon in my arms, with Baelon, Viserys, and Daemon at my side,” the former princess said, making Harry look at her in realization before grimacing uncomfortably.

“Oh,” was all Lord Potter said, causing Alyssa to solemnly nod, her face carrying a distant expression, undoubtedly remembering the disturbing situation.

“The protocol dictated that Aegon was to be separated from Baelon and me, and then sent to Saint Harry at Harrenhall. But Doran Martell saw an opportunity to take revenge against my father and brothers, so he claimed Aegon as his own for House Martell, and then altered the memories of my husband and children, making the entire Red Keep believe that Alyssa and Aegon Targaryen were dead,” she said with evident pain, remembering what must surely have been one of the most difficult moments of her life.

Lord Sirius stepped forward, inhaling deeply before answering.

“My father… claimed Alyssa as a concubine of the Martell family and gave her to me… as a bed warmer. He said I had to practice for my future wife and that Valyrians were only good for being whores and nothing more,” he said with a grimace of discomfort.

Harry could not help but frown furiously as he saw those words cause Viserra to unconsciously shudder, undoubtedly reliving the conversation with Bennard Stark from moments ago.

Viserys and Daemon’s mother inhaled deeply, trying to calm her mind. Sirius took her hand firmly, the love between them evident, at least to Harry, an act that allowed the woman to continue.

“I was… processed. My bond with Meleys was destroyed by the Arcane Weavers, the gifts of my ancestors destroyed, reduced to a simple trophy of war. However, amidst the darkness, there was a small ray of Light. Sirius,” she said with evident affection in her voice.

Lord Martell stepped forward and continued.

“I… always found my father’s treatment of Alyssa unjust and cruel. Uncle Mors’s death had been his own fault, but the Council did not care that one of its members possessed a ‘Valyrian pet,’ claiming that they had more important things to do, such as hunting the last Dragon Lords in Essos,” Sirius said while shrugging.

And those words made Harry stop dead in his tracks, and, looking at Lord Sirius, he asked.

“Wait… I thought the Dragon Lords had perished in the Battle of Valyria,” Harry said, ignoring the way those words caused Alyssa to shudder, while Sirius shook his head.

“No. Although during the Glorious Campaign of the Ten Thousand Ships, the Council’s forces devastated the enemy capital and unleashed the Plague upon the Fourteen Flames, some Dragon Lords, generally those of lower magical and political rank, were able to escape eastward, beyond Yi Ti and the Shadow Lands. The capital of the Freehold and the source of its Power were destroyed, but remnants have hidden from our sight for centuries. The Council has specialized wizards hunting them throughout the World, and although several have been located, it is impossible to know the actual number still alive,” Lord Martell said calmly, making Harry gently massage his face, evidently frustrated and tense by everything that was happening.

It was… too much information, and he needed time to process it, and more importantly still…

He needed reinforcements, and most importantly, he needed to speak with Viserys.

The King of House Targaryen was… different from what Harry expected from a medieval monarch. Viserys was not cruel, nor arrogant or impulsive like his brother. Quite the opposite. He was a kind man, one who had been generous and warm toward Harry, opening the doors of his home and family to him, showing him trust.

A trust Harry would return this day.

“You know I’m going to inform Viserys about this, right? That he has not one, but two daughters who were taken from him. You’ll be lucky if he doesn’t demand your head for this insolence,” Harry said with determination, making Lyonel grimace uncomfortably.

And as if that were not enough, Alyssa intervened once again.

“And a lost son,” the former princess said distractedly, lost in her painful memories, and in the process making Harry look at her questioningly.

“Brother?” Harry asked in a dangerous tone, causing Lord Sirius to answer immediately, evidently not wishing to invoke Harry’s fury.

“Yes. Little Aegon, well, not so little anymore, impulsive and arrogant, but brilliant with magic, was claimed by a widowed Umber woman. The last thing we heard about him was that he had been sent to hunt Grumpkins in the Lands of Always Winter. We have heard nothing since then,” Sirius said heavily, while taking the hand of a grieving Alyssa.

Harry could only gently massage his head.

“We’ll discuss this more calmly, but with Viserys present. This… this is not right. This fucking Council and this entire situation—Merlin, the way they treat those of Valyrian blood is… despicable, and I will not allow it,” Harry snapped, to the alarm of Lyonel and Sirius.

“My Lord! We urge you not to do anything reckless! You are powerful, yes, but even you cannot fight the entire Council!” Lyonel said quickly, causing Harry to snort in amusement.

It was… refreshing to have people underestimate him again, although somewhat offensive in his opinion.

But that was not important now. What mattered was informing Viserys about the… disastrous situation in Westeros. Therefore, taking a deep breath, Harry made a decision.

Without saying a single word, Lord Black walked toward the fireplace in the middle of the office, to the obvious confusion of everyone present.

“My Lord?” Desmella asked hesitantly, but Harry did not answer. Instead, he simply drew his wand and began murmuring before the fireplace, creating a particular network of spells.

One Tonks had taught him after her time as the Keeper of the Floo Network following the war.

“It is time we paid a visit,” Lord Black said at the same moment he moved his wand forcefully and intoned.

“The Red Keep!”

For an instant, nothing happened until… ravenous emerald flames illuminated the entire office, as fierce as those of a Dragon, startling all the visitors.

“BY SIRIUS!” Desmella exclaimed as she took several steps backward, while Lyonel approached the fireplace with interest.

“Impressive! I can detect the magical remnant! But I cannot determine its function. What is this, my Lord?” the Lord of Harrenhall asked with interest, making Harry answer distractedly.

“They are Floo flames. They will allow us to move instantly between this Office and the Red Keep without being detected by the Headquarters’ Wards,” Harry said calmly, paralyzing every single person present, who stared at him in disbelief.

“This… this will not please the Council,” Lyonel said cautiously, causing Harry to snort in amusement.

“Drop the charade, Lyonel. You are not going to inform the Council about this,” he said before turning around and staring directly at the Harrenhall wizard.

“You came to my office perfectly aware of my closeness to and fondness for Viserys, with a Martell and the mother of a man I consider a friend. We are all in this mess together, whether you like it or not. All of us,” Harry stated naturally, but the warning was evident.

Harry straightened and, looking directly at Princess Alyssa, asked.

“Why are you here? It is obvious that you want something. What is it?” Harry asked the King’s mother directly, causing her to simply inhale deeply before answering.

“I want your help to break the stigma against Valyrians. I want my family to stop being treated like scum. I want my granddaughters not to be reduced to whores for the Starks or the disgusting Gardeners. I want a Targaryen Lord on the Council of Westeros.”

And with those words, Harry understood everything.

“Baelon!” he whispered to himself, his eyes widening in disbelief as Alyssa nodded.

“Baelon… you… you did what no one had ever dared to do before. You gave my beloved grandson real protection. You named Baelon, a Valyrian-blooded wizard, as an official ward of House Black, which means that when he grows up, my beloved grandson will be chosen to become an official member of the Council. The first Valyrian house within it. The hope of all the wizards and witches in Westeros who are condemned because of their blood,” the princess said passionately and with determination.

Harry merely sighed and massaged his face heavily. He had a lot to process, but first of all…

He needed to speak with his friend.

“Everyone inside, now,” Harry ordered, referring to the fireplace.

Next stop, the Red Keep.

Viserys Targaryen,The Red Keep – King’s Landing.

“And then Daemon slipped in the Tower’s yards and fell into the shit cart they were preparing to send out to the fields! Hahahaha!” Rhaenyra said with a booming laugh, one Viserys imitated a second later, which only grew louder upon seeing his brother’s face.

Beside him, his beloved wife laughed softly, enjoying the familiar and homely atmosphere of dinner, one Viserys had insisted upon because he wanted to spend time with his family.

Only two days had passed since Harry left, and the Red Keep was already feeling his absence. Rhaenyra was quite sad, although she tried to hide it. Aemma did not feel safe without Harry present.

Even Daemon, who apparently had learned to appreciate his constant clashes with Lord Potter.

The harsh truth was that… the Keep was not the same without Harry.

“I’m glad we’re all here, the entire family together,” the King said with a smile, unable to stop himself from rolling his eyes at Rhaenyra’s interruption.

“Not all of us, Father. We’re missing Harry,” his daughter said while pouting, making Daemon snort in amusement.

“I must admit that the impertinent, yet skilled Dragonlord is… endearing, although extremely annoying,” Daemon said, making Aemma laugh softly, Baelon in her arms as usual.

“It’s alright, Daemon. We won’t tell Harry that you said you miss him when he returns,” the Queen said playfully, making everyone at the table laugh at her brother’s expense.

However… the idyllic moment was interrupted by a powerful boom, so powerful that Viserys, the entire Royal Family, and the King’s Guard immediately jumped.

And a moment later, the flames of the room’s enormous fireplace roared furiously, changing from their characteristic orange color to an intense green.

“BY THE GODS!” Ser Ryam said as he drew his sword furiously, undoubtedly still resenting the way the Aurors had dealt with him not long ago.

Everyone held their breath at the situation, caution filling every member of the House of the Dragon, at least until, from the flames, Harry’s silhouette emerged with elegance and power, as though he were some Valyrian deity.

“Oh fuck, now I know what envy feels like,” Daemon said incredulously, watching Harry emerge from the flames with a frown on his face, filled with concern.

“HARRY!” Rhaenyra shouted as she rose to her feet and ran into the arms of her betrothed, who welcomed her with open arms. And although Viserys was happy to see his future good-brother, it was obvious that something serious had happened in Oldtown.

“Harry… we weren’t expecting you, son. Is everything alright?” he asked doubtfully as he rose and walked toward the fireplace.

The Lord’s answer? A sigh and a shake of his head.

“I… Viserys, the situation is far more serious than you imagine. We have… we have a lot to plan,” Harry said solemnly, surprising the entire Royal House.

However, before the king could say anything about it… the fireplace roared again. The green flames appeared once more, this time giving way to…

“LYONEL!?!?” the monarch asked in astonishment, at the same time that Lord Strong grimaced uncomfortably and inclined his head. But his old friend was not dressed as usual. Instead, he wore a red robe and carried a staff… similar to the one the Aurors used…

“Your Grace, it is a pleasure to see you,” he said with complete naturalness, and although Viserys was about to demand an explanation, his attention shifted toward the other silhouettes, focusing on one in particular…

A young woman… terrifyingly similar to Rhaenyra, as though they were…

“Harry? What is happening? Who is this young woman? Why does she look exactly like our daughter?” Aemma asked in a trembling voice, looking toward the newcomers with obvious caution.

Lord Potter sighed and answered heavily.

“She… she is Viserra Targaryen, Rhaenyra’s twin sister… and your daughter, the daughter the Council of Magic took from you… when she was born with magical gifts,” he said solemnly.

Those words paralyzed not only Viserys, but the entire Royal Family, who stared at Harry in stunned shock, unable to utter a single word.

Lord Potter merely sighed and answered.

“This conversation… is going to be a very long one, Viserys.”

The monarch could only nod gently, but something else caught his attention. A silhouette attempting to hide at the back of the group, covering her face with an orange hood.

A familiar face, one Viserys had dreamed about for a very long time.

The face of his…

“Muna?” the King whispered, causing the stranger to freeze and focus her gaze upon the monarch, who could only gasp upon seeing the characteristic mismatched eyes of Princess Alyssa.

“Vissy, my beloved son. How I have missed you,” the woman said with a broken voice.

And at that precise moment, the emotion became too much for the monarch, who simply fainted amid the cries of Harry and his family.

When he woke up… this whole nightmare would be gone. Everything would return to normal…

How wrong he was.

Harry has to bring the magical houses of Westeros to their knees in a way that breaks their pride and spirit, ensuring they wouldn't even dream of doing such things again—not even Wizarding England went to such extremes. The ones who most need to be humbled are the Starks.

Jay Emberhowl

Hoping susan and tonks show up soon to help harry deal with a worst ministry than britains was

Seka

I agree with you! honestly they are nothing but hypocrites they hated Valyria because of what they represented slavery, blood magic, dragons, etc. Yet they turn around and do the same sh**t that the dragonlords were known for, I hope Harry tears all of them apart and shows them that they are nothing but arrogant hypocrites.

James Stark

Indeed haha Stark are the Bad guys this fic

Kinggn

What a shitshow. The council is in dire need of some serious referendum. Looks like Harry need to use some rules of power on these purecunts wannabes, but the first chapter suggest that Harry is more of 'ruthlessness is mercy upon ourselves' kind of guy rather than going full 'might is right' route. Either way can't wait for the next chapter.

My boy is getting info before doing something haha he must understand his enemy

I have a dislike for the Martells and consider them worse than the Freys in the Westeros universe, and the fact that Alyssa is with this "Sirius" doesn't sit well with me at all, but I do like your stories and I trust you to handle them well. I'll just skip the parts with the Martells and Alyssa, hoping this Sirius dies.
