School of Lust v0.3.1 is now available! (Patreon)

The past week, higher tier patrons have been working their asses and sweating their balls/boobs off to iron out any bugs during the closed alpha testing, as per their pledge punishment... I mean pledge reward, which should hopefully result in smooth sailing for you guys through the latest update of School of Lust. However, if you still find any issues with the game, please let us know by replying to this post, messaging us here on Patreon or sending an email to contact@bonergames.com .

To load your previous saves and continue to play where you were left off, you have to transfer your save files from the previous game folder to the new game folder.

To do this on a Windows PC: open the location of your old game folder, and open the "save" folder. Copy all the files inside the save folder, to the new game save folder.

To do this on a Mac: open the old location of your game (by right clicking the "SchoolofLust" app and select "Show Package Contents"). Now open Contents > app.nw > save. Copy all the files in the save folder, into the same location in the new game app/folder.

The new update should be backwards compatible with all previous versions.

The main story for the current release ends on day 56, but you can continue to play (and complete any side quests you may have missed) as long as you want. Please note however that there is a soft-lock on day 177, which means that certain quests that require you to visit the next day, may not work anymore after you reach 177 days (but that should be more than enough to complete all content).

Many of you have asked about the dating scenes; there are no dating scenes included yet. Dating scenes will be added at a later point, as they're what could be considered the "final boss" of the h-scenes. We're planning to make them fully interactive (full mouse controls).

A while back we teased an animated scene of Claire, and unfortunately we haven't had the time to include it in this update either. We will make sure to include it in October's content update, as we are rigorously switching to ~monthly content updates from now on.

Lastly, we'd appreciate it if you can answer a question for us, when you're done playing the new release. Did you think the dialogue during the h-scenes were too short, were they just enough or too long?

PS: The changes that were done during the closed alpha testing (between v0.3.0 to v0.3.1) the past week are as follows:

[ADDED] a mobile banking feature. Click on the green icon with the dollar sign on the mobile menu to access it (as shown on the picture above). You will now lose money when you are defeated in the Hole, so using the mobile banking feature is recommended. We will add more features to it in the future.

[CHANGED] the image caching system (which should increase performance a lot).

[CHANGED] the memories map. Movement speed has been increased.

[CHANGED] the elevator message after clearing the 5th floor of the Hole, as it was confusing to some of you. It now shows the exact date the elevator will work again.

[CHANGED] shaders (for Windows), so low-end video cards have a better chance on running the game smoothly.

[FIXED] stupid Windows Defender detecting plugins.js as a false positive.

[FIXED] new torches on the memories map were not lighting up.

[FIXED] "TypeError Cannot read property '5' of undefined" error message on October 3rd when playing with a save file from an older version of the game.

[FIXED] alter-ego background music not stopping after switching back to the protagonist.

[FIXED] being able to walk/shoot through some of the rock formations in the new floors in the Hole.

[FIXED] certain gates opening before defeating all students on the map in the Hole.

[FIXED] when leaving the Hole during the afternoon, it would set the part of the day to night (instead of evening).

[FIXED] viewing Sofia's memory causing a black screen of death.

[FIXED] minimap disappearing in the Hole.

[FIXED (again)] Gip groping event keeps appearing when playing with a save file from an older version of the game.

[FIXED] Nicole's event choice shows up as "Tag Her" instead of "Walk Her".

[FIXED] not all images disappearing from the screen at the end of Aiyana's event.

[FIXED] being able to enter the Farm during school days.

[FIXED] unable to select "vibrator" during Natalie's hypnosis event, when you have both a dildo and a vibrator in your inventory.

[FIXED] unable to load new save files.

[FIXED] security software marking some files as a false positive, which could explain some of the black screen of death and crashing issues that have been reported. The files have been adjusted, and should no longer be marked as a false positive.

[FIXED] upgrading the lust toys shop to level 3, would crash the game, with the following error message: "SyntaxError: Unexpected token a"

[FIXED] getting stuck in your bedroom right before Dunia's event starts (where you bring her new clothes).

[FIXED] getting stuck in the rooms in the Hole (floor 6 & 7).

[FIXED] getting caught by guard in the dormitory, causes the area outside to change to day lighting while it is still evening.

[FIXED] getting defeated by a 'boss student' in the Hole, would crash the game, with the following error message: "TypeError: undefined is not a function"

[FIXED] black screen of death when entering the bunny bar.

[FIXED] clicking the back door at Harfort entrance causes you to walk into the first set of lockers on the left.

[FIXED] able to leave the living room through the back door, while Aiyana and Flora are waiting for you on the dining table.

[FIXED] talking to Flora during the afternoon, she says "Good morning".

[FIXED] dormitory room vibrator labeled as "BDSM rope"

[FIXED] black screen of death when viewing "Flora in Trouble' on the memories map.

[FIXED] Violet appearing twice in the classroom.

[FIXED] when leaving floor #7 in the Hole, and returning, it sets you back to floor #6 again.

[FIXED] unable to extract using the standard Windows Extraction tool.

[REMOVED] the message at the start of the game that says you can only play up to 6 weeks, which is no longer relevant.
