Day 9 -- Blood (Patreon)

As a commonly shared celebratory drink at gatherings and feasts, so-called "yotie wine" -- made from the fermented blood of any beast large enough to make for a satisfying hunt, mixed with just enough anticoagulant venom to give it a kick -- was maybe slightly to blame for earning canine mercenaries their reputation as hyper-carnivorous feral bush people who got drunk off of blood.

Just some scifi AU goofing. Indy and Giles wouldn't be in the same pack, but adjacent enough that they'd see each other at social gatherings. Somehow Giles is always three drinks in before Indy even shows up and at this point Indy's given up wearing anything he wouldn't want splashed.
